Make Something that Means Something

The cover of the Stampin Up Holiday Annual Catalog features the ornament made using the Ornament Keepsakes Bundle #129950.  Cammie figured out how to make the ornament and adapt it to  a workshop setting (Lots of preptime) so that it can be completed in 1/2 hour.  The results were positive when I prepared it for my own workshop.  My friend Debbie and her daugter Lauren loved the results.

Blue Ornament

The 3 D ornamnets created from the Stampin Up Ornament Keepsakes Bundle #129950 are all therage right now.  Cammie tried out the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark Stamp pad #126857 on Midnight Muse cardstock to add the luminate shimmer to the tone on tone stamped image.  The result was stunning and the ornament is paired with the beautiful silver glimmer paper to cut the center doily and the Snowflake.  What a great gift idea for teachers, neighbors and friends.

B-I-N-G-O was his name

Today’s card is one featured in my stamp a Christmas stack workshop.  I used the popular Jolly Bingo Bits #121187 stampset and stamped several images in 3 Christmas colors and then cut the card front and added a bow made from DSP to create an adorable Christmas card.  Just by switching the images and the colors the look of the cards can be changed in an instant!

Mixed Medley-Christmas

Today’s post is a popular card at Cammie’s recent card cafe.  The card features the Mixed Medley Hostess Stamp set #128057 from the Stampin Up Holiday Catalog.  Cammie paired the fabulous silver glimmer paper with Baja Blue and the scalloped image that coordinates with the all new 1 1/4 inch Scallop circle punch #127811.  To complete the bling look, Cammie added rhinestones in alternating  scallops.

Non Traditional Christmas Card

Today’s card (sorry for the poor quality photo) is a non traditional card that includes no stamping.  I used the Northern Flurries textured folder and then cut it into 1 inch strips and then made the strips into  banners.  I added a piece of ancient ribbon and a snowflake die to complete the 5 minute card.  Christmas time is a great time to use up old product because of the large number of cards that most of us need to make at one time and just because the product is retired does not mean it can’t be used.  I finished the look by adding varies sizes of pearls to the textured snowflakes.

Comfort and Joy

Well it is the 25th of the month coupled with the fact that Thanksgiving is behind us makes it time to post lots of Christmas postings.  Today’s card is a very simple card featuring the Be of Good Cheer DSP and the Four Seasons Hostess stamp set.  These 2 go together nicely to create lots of cards quickly and get your cards done early to enjoy all the other comforts of the holidays.

Blooming with Kindness

Today’s card is Blooming with Kindness for sure.  Cammie created her own paper for the flower using various shades of yellows, oranges and reds ( Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin pie, Tangerine Tango and Cherry Cobbler) and then stamped the Blooming with Kindess Stamp #126422 several times, cut it out and layered it to make a beautiful fall mum.  This card is very vibrant and makes a huge impact and cheery birthday card.
