No matter how old your kids get they like to feel special. I purchased some donut holes from Tim Horton’s and created a cute tag to surprise my 18 year old son on Valentines Day morning. I was sure to make the tag detachable so that he would not be embarrassed when he brought the party pack of donut holes in to 1st period AP physics class to share with the other kids.
I saw this expression on Pinterest and stepped it up a bit using the Stampin Up Circle Framelits #130911 to make the donut and the frosting was textured with the free decorative dots folder #133520 from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog. I attached the donut to a tag made from the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch #133324 in the Stampin Up occasions catalog. I then handwrote the expression filling it in with cute shapes where appropriate.
In case you were wondering or can’t see the verse it says: Donut you know we love you a hole bunch! I am pleased with how cute and simple (less than 10 mins to create) this was to make and I like it better than my Pinterest inspiration pictured here.
