Hope you are not getting sick of my Good as Gold projects yet but I promise today’s posting will be the last one for awhile. The Good as Gold card kit was a free item in the recent Stampin Up annual sale-a-bration campaign. My cute little treat bag was created using the 5×7 card that came in the Good as Gold kit but any cardstock would do. To make the bag, Score the long side at 5 1/8 and 6 3/4 then turn the card 180 degrees and score the other side at 5 1/8 and 6 3/4. Score one of the short sides at 1 1/2 inches. Scoring is done! Now cut one of the 1/4″ sides completely off. Then on the other 1/4 side cut out the small piece that is 1/4 ” X 1 1/2 “. Then create the flaps by cutting to the intersection of the 1 1/2 inch score lines. Fold the box and add sticky tape to the backside to hide the seam and to one of flaps to seal the bottom. Fill the bag with your favorite treat and pinch the sides and add a wee little slit and secure with the gold stretchy twine from the kit. Finish embellishing with the other kit items and you will have the cutest treat box ever!
