For todays post I took 2 of my favorite things (Beautiful Stampin Up DSP and Origami paper folding to create a shadowbox for my sentinment from the World Treasures, a now retired stampset. The Bohemian #138446 DSP is from the new 2015-2016 Stampin catalog and since the papers both in the same line they coordinate beautifully together.
This card was featured at my last months all about DSP workshop and was the favorite card of the bunch because I introduced the fun and simple origami shadowbox fold.

The all new Wilderness Awaits #138962 stamp set was high on Cammie’s wish list when the new Stampin Up 2015-2016 catalog came out. The nature sets are always the first sets she buys because they work so well with her master brayering skills. After creating the sunset rise scene complete with resting fox, Cammie cropped and matted it using the Stampin Up Circle Framelits #130911. The focal piece was added to the brick background done using the Brick Wall #138288 Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #138286 and thereby creating a spectacular and masculine all purpose card.
The Bokeh Technique is all the rage right now and Cammie did a nice job with it on both of the cards on today’s post. “Bokeh” is a photography term for the way a camera lens renders out of focus points of light and is one of the hottest visual trends in design right now. And paper crafters have taken a hold of this and termed the process for creating this illusion with ink and paper the “bokeh technique.” The bokeh technique generally is a circle of chaos of various blurred circles.
Cammie created her Bokeh backgrounds and then used the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stamp set to show case the Bokeh effect. The first card is a layer intensive card using the paper tea lace Doilies #129399 and then Window Framelits (no longer available) and then a circle textured with the Decorative Dots #133520. The cupcake was stamped using the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and then each piece was cut using the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. Cammie added the sentiment on a hand cut banner.
For the second card Cammie used the same color scheme for her Bokeh technique and the same Sprinkles of life stamp and coordinationg Tree Builder Punch to make a muli layered icecream cone.
Today’s post is a beautiful card that Cammie made using the now retired Love is Kindness stamp from Stampin Up. Cammie started with a black base and then layered a piece of the Stampin Up Typeset DSP and a piece of Calypso Coral Cardstock and added a piece of ribbon knotted on the edge. For the main panel Cammie brayered the background and stamped the tulip bouquet and then stamped, colored and hand cut out another bouquet to pop on top of the stamped image.
Although Cammie used this card for a Thank You it could be used for any occasion.
Today’s post features the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stampset. The Sprinkles of Life stamp set is this year’s Ronald McDonald charity stamp set. For every stampset sold Stampin Up will donate $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). RHMC keeps families together and surrounded by love when their children are receiving medical treatment far from home.
For the card, Cammie was inspired by the card on page 189 of the Stampin Up. She brayered the sky and then embossed the raindrops in silver. She also embossed the clouds and then punched them out using the coordinating Tree Builder#138295 punch. She added the embossed sentiment on a piece of cardstock and then used the Stampin Up Banner Triple #138292 punch to notch the banner end.
Todays pick me up card for a sick friend was inspired by the tags on page 59 in the Stampin Up annual catalog that uses the Fabulous Four #134171 stamp set. I used the now retired Sweet Taffy DSP for all elements of this card including the large star cut using the Stars Framelits #135707. With all the bright colors this card should be sure to cheer up a sick friend.

Today’s post is bright and fun and features the all new Bohemian DSP from the Stampin Up 2015-2016 annual catalog. I combined several pieces of the fabulously bright and fun Bohemian DSP and then added a circle with a sentiment from the Lovely Amazingly You #140594 photopolymer stampset.

Today’s card is a cute and sweet card I made for some of my summer birthday cards. The basket was made using 1/2 of the Stampin Up Berry Basket #137366 and then I stamped the Hardwood #133032 stamp to give it a realistic look. I filled the basket with Strawberries punched using the Sweet heart punch #133786 and the Decorative Dots #133520 Textured Impressions Embossing folder. Each strawberry is adorned with the Itty Bitty Accents #133787 and a circle and the leaves from the Bird Builder Punch. I added the sentiment from the From the Garden #137139 (now retired) and then cut out using the coordinating Handpicked Framelits #137361. Love how berry cute this card came out!
