For today’s card, Cammie used the card on pg 83 of the 2015-2016 Stampin Up annual catalog featuring the sea turtles in the From Land to Sea stampset #138720. She created the water using an Aqua Painter Pen and pool party ink to make subtle brush strokes . She then stamped and colored the sea turtles. She added a scrap piece of Black and White stripe DSP and the sentiment from the Endless Birthday Wishes #140273 stampset.

There is no better way to share in sorrow(besides being there in person) than sending a beautiful handmade card. The You’ve Got This #139572 stamp set from the Stampin Up annual catalog is a perfect choice. Cammie used the artistic grid to create the subtle background. She stamped, colored, handcut and layered the gorgeous poppy flowers on the main panel. She added a banner that has been distressed using the same artistic grid as the background and added her sentiment to complete a stunning sympathy card.
Today’s stunning card post is a true beauty that reminds me that the end of summer is near. This card is breathtaking and shows off Cammie’s artistic point of view and her masterful brayering skills- complete with the light house reflection in the water! OMG! The lighthouse is from the Stampin Up From Land to Sea #139361 stampset. The sentiment is cut from the Mini Treat bag #137547 and works perfectly to finish this card.
Everything about todays card is perfect. I love the unusual subtle color scheme that Cammie used to make this beach card. When I say unusual I mean for Cammie. She is not a pink girl and pastel pinks are way out of her color box! For the main panel, Cammie started with a piece of Stampin Up Neutrals DSP and sponged in the shoreline. She added a hand cut seashell from the Stampin Up By the Tide #129120 stamp set. In true nautical form, Cammie added a knot using strands of Linen thread and completed the card by adding the sentiment from the Stampin Up Host set called Best Thoughts.
For today’s post, I let my creativity run free with the mix of organic images in the Stampin Up Butterfly Basics #138816 and the coordinating Butterfly Thinlit #137360. I wanted the intricate butterfly to stand out so I used a very neutral pallet of randomly stamped images to create my background layer. I then used the negative space from the butterfly to form a block. I brayered orange and reds on a piece of whisper white cardstock and then fit the intricate butterfly on top. I added a line of basic pearls to complete the card that I plan to use for a sympathy card.

For this months 25th of the month Christmas posting, I used scraps left over from a older My Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin Up. I glued the strips to a piece of silver Glimmer paper#135314 and then cut them into balls using the Circles Collection Framelits #130911. I added a strip of 1/8 inch Silver Ribbon. I added the sentiment to the main panel and then matted it with a piece of the Glimmer paper and a red card base.
I recently needed a sympathy card for a sweet friend who lost her father. I wanted to make a pretty card to lift her spirits. Typically sympathy cards tend to be in subdued colors so I opted to use a brighter scheme for my card. I used the Stampin Up Summer Silhouettes stamp set #126447 to create a collage of flowers and filled the space using old olive ink and a sponge. I added a tag using the Scalloped Tag Topper #133324 punch and a sweet bow using the 1/4 inch Mellon Mambo #134566 cotton ribbon from the Stampin Up annual catalog. The sentiment is from a retired Stampin Up set.
