Today’s post is a fancy party dress that Cammie made using the now retired Stampin Up Dress Up Framelit for the dress bodice. For the skirt portion she used the Stampin Up Festive Birthday DSP #141630 from a folded circle punch and the slip is a doily. The dress was added to a coordinating patterned background from the Festive Birthday DSP. The party banners were cut from the Fiesta Time Framelits #141475 and the sentiment was stamped from the Birthday Fiesta #141500 stamp set. Ole!
Today’s post features the Just Stinkin Cute stamp set from the Unity Stamp company. I usually try and keep my stamps to Stampin Up but when I saw this one I knew I had to have it! I made the card for my son to send intentionally late to my father in law for his birthday. My son and my father in law have a long lasting joke about toilet paper so the card was perfect. If you look closely, you will see that I stamped the toilet paper image on an actual piece of toilet paper and then cut it out.

Today’s post is a sweet thank you I received from my friend Sheri. I love the grid that she created with her Stampin Up Washi Tape. She added a punched flower with a cute bright enamel shape #141680 for the flower center. She added faux stitching with a coordinating Stampin Write marker and the sentiment to complete the card.
Today I am posting a card that my friend Mindi made using both her Stampin Up all inclusive card kits -Oh Happy Day #142725 and Watercolor wishes #140406. Mindi loves the card kits and also used some of my old scraps of DSP. I introduced her to the Big Shot so she used some scraps and some dies to build up her stash to use with her card kits.
Happy Birthday to my father in law! To celebrate I dressed up one of my favorite beers-Bodhi from CBC in a Mexican serape. The Serape complete with a gift card pocket was made using the Stampin Up Festive Birthday #141630 and the coordinating Birthday Fiesta #141500 stamp set. I used the front of the serape holder as the inspiration to make a birthday card with a gift card pouch.
Cammie started out with a clean slate and then added layering with her go to stamp set for adding texture- Gorgeous Grunge #130514. To make the pineapple, she used the Pretty Pines Thinlits #141851 from Stampin Up and added a vellum punch piece to anchor her pineapple and added Gold Metallic Thread to add instant dazzle to her card.
Today’s card really has an impact with the tye dyed llama and is sure to brighten anyone’s day. Cammie stamped the llama using the Birthday Fiesta #141487 stamp set and then used her bright inks and aqua painters to color the llama. She hand cut out the llama so she could add the sombrero that was hand cut from the Stampin Up Festive Birthday DSP #141630. The rose was precisely stamped using a small rose stamp. The banner and the sentiment are from the Birthday Fiesta stamp set.
The foundation for these adorable treats is the tiny clear acrylic boxes #141699 from the Stampin Up annual catalog. Cammie filled them with Jelly Bellies that resemble rocks. She then made a 3d cactus using the wide oval punch (retired) and the Petite Petals punch #133322 for the flowers. The box was wrapped with the 5/8 ” burlap ribbon #141487 before adding the cactus topper.

Today we all remember where we were on 9.11.2001 when the US was attacked by 4 coordinated terrorist attacks on the morning of 9.11. Our lives were changed forever. Today, I remember with a post using the now retired Flowering Fields stamp set by Stampin Up. Take time out and pause in a moment of silence for all those that were lost on that horrific day.
