Today I need to make a masculine pick me up card for a friend that is very ill so I thought I would use some of the prints from the now retired Warmth and Cheer DSP from Stampin U and nestle the various patterns with my favorite textured piece. I used the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to add a layer of warmth. The sentiment is from the now retired Suite Seasons stamp set. I love it that I used all Christmas intended products to create a non Christmas card.

You Light Up My Life
I cannot get enough of the Stampin Up Jar of Love stamp set # 141587 and the coordinating Everyday Jar Framelits #141490 that I decided to catch a few fireflies! The background paper is from the Serene Scenery #141642 DSP paper stack. I added a bit of the 5/8″ burlap ribbon and a hand cut banner complete with sentiment. This card will surely brighten someones day!

Affectionately Yours Get well
Today’s card is all about the Affectionately Yours DSP #141632. I just cut 1″ strips of several of the different patterns of paper. Good thing is they all match and work well together because that is how Stampin Up designs their DSP collections. I added a piece of 5/8″ burlap ribbon to add texture. I then added a block with a flower cut from the Botanical Builder Framelits #140625 and the sentiment from the now retired Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.

Gently Falling Snowman
It has been a very mild January in Central Ohio but I am sure the snow will fall soon. So to be prepared, I created a fun snowman card. I used the Softly Falling Textrued Impressions Embossing Folder to create the background. I pulled out my punches to create the sweet snowman to create a fun wintery card.

Smiley Jar
When I first saw the Stampin Up Project Life Paper Clip Thinlits #138284 I saw a smiley face! I decided to make it so and used a hand punch to punch the eyes using lots of scraps. I used the Festive Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #141471 to texture the background and then I created a window using the Everyday Jars Framelits and then added my smiley faces before adding a window sheet to keep the smiles inside the jar. I stamped the jar lid using the Jar of Love #141587 stamp set and coordinating Everyday Jar Framelits. I added a sentiment from the Perfect Pennants retired stamp set from Stampin Up to complete this fun card.

Picture Perfect
I wanted to create a vintage Polaroid card using the retired Back to Black DSP. The main camera panel was created using the Stampin Up Hostess Stamp set- Pun Intended #141804. If you look closely I layered the lens piece to make it look more realistic. I stapled the sentiment strip to add more fun.

Serene Thinking of You
I used 2 pieces of the Stampin Up Serene Scenery #141642 DSP to create the background for this card. I then just stamped the image and sentiment from the Wetlands stamp set #126695. I added a piece of linen thread to separate the 2 panels and add texture.

Jar of Thanks
Today’s card is all about the Stampin Up Jar of Love #141587 stamp set and the coordinating Everyday Jars Framelits #141490. These 2 items can be bundled together #142342 and you can save 10%. I used the Thanks image and randomly stamped the image to create a background. I used the Every day jar to cutout the jar and the flowers and arranged them accoringly in the jar.

Expression of Love
For today’s card, I used leftover DSP from last year and added a stamped easel and expression from the Stampin Up Painter’s Palette #128751 stamp set. I added a punched heart with a bit of bling to create a fun Valentine.
