Well my “birthmonth” has officially come to an end and so has the daily posting birthday cards. Even sadder is the Stampin Up Sale- a- Bration ends tonight. Today’s card is one of the 7 that I received from my sister Cammie during birth week. This card features the Black Magic Technique and the Stampin Up People Like You and Big On You stamp sets,

I made this card for one of my tea loving friends and it uses the retired products from the now retired Have a Cuppa DSP and the rest of the products in the Have a Cuppa Suite of Products including the A Nice Cuppa and Cups & Kettle framelits dies. I was sad that this suite only stayed around for a little while but dusted them off to make a tea-riffic birthday card.
I have been inspired by all Cammie’s cards and others that I have seen using the Stampin Up Beautiful You #143004 stamp set that I decided to buy it and use it to make some cards of my own. I made my cards using the mask technique to stamp the girls in a row. I colored them in using the Stampin Up Watercolor Pencils #141709 and added the sentiments from the Beautiful You stamp set to complete the can can girls.
Today’s birthday post is a set of note cards that my friend Mindi made using scraps of Stampin Up DSP, the leftovers and stamps from the Stampin Up Watercolor Wishes card Kit #127526 and the Oh Happy Day card kit. It is always fun to combine products to make some great cards to have on hand.
Cammie made this biker chick card using girly colors and the One Wild Ride Stamp #141721 set from Stampin Up. She added the colorful flight of butterflies using the Elegant Butterfly #127526 and Bitty Butterfly #129406 punches from Stampin Up. Vroom Vroom Vroom!
Today’s birthday card post is all about the llama from the Stampin Up Birthday Fiesta #141500 stamp set. This stamp set is fun for feisty fiestas and the llama is sure to brighten someones day! I paired the stamp set with the coordinating Fiesta Time Framelits #141475. To top things off, I hand cut the sombrero from the Festive Birthday DSP #141630 and added it to the llamas head!
Taking a day break from the birthday posts because it is the 25th of the month and time for a Christmas card. This card is a gorgeous white on white card with red mat that makes it pop! The main panel was textured using the Softly Falling #139672 Texturing Embossing Folder. The tree is from the now retired Halloween Scenes Edgelits from Stampin Up. The sentiment is from Star of Light #142110 stamp set and is a carry over item from the Holiday Catalog. Cammie did some light sponging to bring the card to life.
I was rummaging through my Stampin Up supplies, I found this retired DSP and made a birthday card. The DSP is called It’s My Party and with all it’s bright colors and graphics it just screams birthdays!
You don’t have to wait for the right time of year to make your garden bloom. All you need is this stamp set, ink, and paper. Cammie did just this with the Stampin Up Garden In Bloom #139433 stamp set. This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set, which gives you so many creative options–combine individual stamps to build the final image you want in the colors you want.
The birthday cards really piled in for my birthday. This card is one of the seven cards that I received for my birthweek from my sister Cammie. It is sparkling from the beautiful Glimmer paper that is free right now during the Stampin Up Sale-a-Bration. From now until the March 31st you can earn free products from the Sale-a-bration catalog (while supplies last) for every $ 50 spent in Stampin Up merchandise. The stamp sets used on this card are Big on Birthdays # 142877 and Labeler Alphabet #141936 from Stampin Up. The glimmer flowers were punched from the Tree Builder Punch #138295 and then she added rhinestone centers colored with a black Sharpie to add some extra pizzazz!
