Today’s birthday card post is a clean and fresh layout featuring the Beautiful You #143004 stamp set from the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog. Cammie used a retired DSP with bright and bold geometric designs and pieced the lady’s dress from a coordinating pattern. The sentiments in the Beautiful You are fabulous for all the women in your life. I especially love the fonts used in this set.
Monthly Archives: March 2017
Keeping up with the March birth month theme, I am posting this super cute card featuring the Pun Intended #141804 Hostess stamp set from the Stampin Up annual catalog. The background paper is from the Playful Palette #141657 DSP Paper stack.
Happy Birthday to me. Cammie made this card by sponging the sky and adding the balloon from the Birthday Bright #142835 stampset from Stampin Up. The balloon lifts the birthday girl stamped using the Beautiful You #143004, colored and hand cut out so that she can be carried away!
Today’s post features the Many Happy Birthdays kit from the February My Paper Pumpkin kit. It was super cute and easy to complete these cards. Love how you pull the sentiment to reveal the whole message.
As Luck should have it I am posting a second post today. I made today’s card and then stepped it up by adding a bow from the Emerald Envy Ruched Ribbon #141425 from Stampin Up. I started out with a piece of DSP from the Stampin Up Festive Birthday DSP #141630. I then added the stamped images from the Beautiful You #143004 stamp set onto Stitched Squares cut from the Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372. I colored the image using the all new and fabulous watercolor pencils #141709.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I love St.Patrick’s Day and did not get around to making any cards this year so instead I supported a local bakery , Susie’s Sunshine Sweets in Granville Oh, and purchased the adorable treats and but them together in a leprechaun hat for a few of my dear friends. Hope your day is lucky!
Today’s birthday post is a nice beach scene that Cammie did with her brayering skills and two Stampin Up Stamp sets. The umbrella is from Weather Together #141543 and the expression is from the Designer Tin of cards #141739. I love this card because it is springbreak in Ohio and the weather is cold and snowy here and all along the east coast so we can just dream of warmer days.
Today’s birthday post is fun one featuring the Day at the Beach #142261 from the Stampin Up Occasions catalog. The background DSP is no longer available but is perfect for adding some sunshine to the card. The sentiment is put together using the Labeler Alphabet #141936 and Retired alphabet dies onto a Stitched Label Framelit # 145372 Oval piece. The sunglasses are from the Day At the Beach stampset. Cammie finished the card by adding a smiley face made using the paper clip from the Project Life Thinlits #138284.
Today’s birthday card uses the stamp set from the July 2016 What a Gem My Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin Up. I just randomly stamped various gems in a wide array of colors and added a section of a metallic silver doily #138392 that I secured down with gold metallic tape and scattered some sequins and rhinestones about. But my favorite part of this card is the sentiment. So MUCH fun!
For today’s festive birthday card, I went with the whole suite of Festive Birthday products from Stampin Up to create this bright and playful birthday card. The Festive Birthday suite includes, the Festive Birthday DSP #141630 for the background DSP, the Fiesta Time Framelits #141475 to cut the banners and the Birthday Fiesta #141500 stamp set to embellish the banners and for the sentiment. I love it when I can use the whole enchilada to create such a festive and fun card!
