It has been a long time since I created a single layer card with nothing but stamping and ink. No embellishments and no framelits just back to the basics for me. To complete the task, I used the High Tide #143006 stamp set to make cards for my son to have on hand. Completing this card reminded me of why I took up stamping to begin with! Beautiful images can be created with just stamps and ink. I was so happy with how it turned out that I have made so many other cards with this set that will post in the days to come.

This card really takes flight with all the angles and the gorgeous realistic landscape from Cammie’s brayering skills. This card features the now retired Stampin Up stamp set called The Wilderness Awaits.
Black and White cards speak to me and are my favorites to make because you can add a pop of color to make a bold statement. This card features the now retired Pop of Pink DSP from Stampin Up. I dressed the stamped Beautiful You girl #143004 stamp set using scraps of melon mambo and white dots from the Pop of Pink DSP collection. The sentiment is one of the fantastic expressions from the Beautiful You stamp set the fonts are just as gorgeous as the lovely ladies.
Today’s card is all about the Dragonfly Dreams # 142924 stamp set from Stampin Up to create the textured background on the crumb cake cardstock. I added scraps of DSP and ribbon and the flight of dragonflies from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits #142749. The sentiment is from Dragonfly Dreams and stamped on a hand cut banner to create a great birthday card for just about anyone on your card list.
I was sad that Stampin Up did not carry over the Perfect Mix stamp set in the new 2017-2018 annual catalog. I paired the stamp set with the now retired Succulent Garden DSP to create a retro and fun card for a baker!
It’s the 25th of June which means it is just 6 months til Christmas and its time for my monthly Christmas card post. We tend to put things we love into jars: fireflies, potpourri, buttons, fruits, and candles. Today’s card features the Jar of Love #141587 stamp set and the coordinating Every Day Jars #141490 Framelits from Stampin Up. The candle is from the Jar of Cheer stamp set that is now retired.
To Most of the textures and elements on today’s card post were achieved using the Touches of Textures #141934 stamp set from Stampin Up. To add even more character, Cammie added the dragonflies from the Dragonfly Dreams #142924 stampset to create this life like meadow landscape.
Today’s card is a fabulous card with a textured background using a piece of a flap on a Stampin Up shipping box. Cammie added wisps of thin strips of grass and the dragonfly stamped using the Dragonfly Dreams #142924 stamp set and coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits #142749 to create this stunning card.
I received this sweet card as a thank you from my friend and customer Sheri. The card is so simple but oh so delicate with all the elements to create a layered look without all the fuss and minimal stamping is involved. Sheri pulled various Stampin Up products from her stash and created a clean look.
Here is another breathtaking card Cammie made using her masterful brayering skills for creating fabulous landscapes. The card features the High Tide #143006 stamp set from Stampin Up and was perfect to accent Cammie’s sunrise on the beach.
