Christmas Coffee Cup Carrier

After attending a Stampin Up workshop from another demonstrator, I became obsessed with all the cute stuff to make with these adorable 4 ounce coffee cups that I had to order my own. I only ordered 50 which at the time seemed like too many but I am using the heck out of them for Halloween, Christmas and other gift giving occasions.  Today is the Christmas Coffee Cup Carrier  featuring the Christmas Around the World DSP $ 144629 from Stampin Up.  To get the patterned paper to fit on the cup, I cut apart the cup at the seam and traced a pattern out on to cardstock to make a permanent template.

Cup of Holiday Cheer

2017_11_29IMG_2834 I love everything about today’s Christmas card post featuring the Merry Music DSP #144623 from Stampin Up.  The card layout is a gatefold style card and the top focal piece also flips open for double the fun. The coffee cup is cut using a coordinating piece of the Merry Music DSP using the very popular Coffee Cups Framelits #143745.  The sentiment is stamped onto the coffee sleeve using the Merry Cafe stamp set.  I added a piece of the 1/8 ” real red solid ribbon to complete this card.

Holiday ball

2017_11_28IMG_2698 I made this  super delicate glass ornament for my Christmas in July workshop but held off posting until closer to Christmas.  I used a glass ornament and cut snowflakes from the Seasonal Layers #143751 Thinlits.  Before Cutting the snowflakes I adhered a piece of Multipurpose Adhesive sheets #144106 to the  the wrong side of the Color Theory DSP #144193 and then cut the snowflakes.  Once cut I simply pulled of the backing to create a sticker and applied directly onto the clean and dry glass ornament.  I added rhinestones to the center of each snowflake and for more sparkle, I added some Stampin Up Dazzling Diamonds glitter #133751 and a piece of white satin ribbon to hang this beauty.

Box in a card

2017_11_23IMG_2831 These cards have been so popular lately that I decided to take a stab at making one of my own.  I used these for table decorations on thanksgiving.  I filled a clear tiny treat box #141699 from Stampin Up with  a harvest mix and it fit perfectly in the slot cut from the card.  The DSP is from the Painted Autumn Collection #144613 and the sentiment from a retired stamp set.
