I love to create cards using the Stampin Up Memories and More Card Packs. The card backs are intended for use in scrapbooks but they also make perfect gift tags and cards and other fun crafting projects. Today’s cards are the from the sold out Petal Passions Memories and More Card Pack. I colored the flowers with my Copic markers and added them to a card base and voila hand made card is complete!

Today’s card features products hot off the Stampin Up Clearance Rack. The paper is from the Quilted Christmas #144617 DSP Pack that was available last Christmas in the Holiday catalog and now is super clearanced, The center panel was quilted with the now retired Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I added the spool cut from the Quilt Builder Framelits #144673 that are retiring on May 31st but are clearance priced. The sentiment is from the Christmas Quilt Stamp set that is no longer available.
Happy Birthday to my Mother In Law Marilynn. To celebrate her birthday I am posting a fun fold card using the Stampin Up Picture Perfect Party DSP #145559 along the center flap and the panel that lifts up. I added an accent element to add the sentiment from the coordinating Picture Perfect Birthday #145559 stamp set for added fun to the card.
The good news is the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set will be carried over to the Stampin Up 2018-2019 annual catalog that begins on June 1st. The bad news is the Picture Perfect Party DSP will no longer be available after May 31st. Please check the Stampin Up Last Chance Items for all the items that will be gone forever after May 31st. Also be sure to check out the Stampin Up clearance rack for some extra value deals.
Memorial Day. For today’s patriotic card, I started out creating the beachy background using the High Tide #143006 stamp set from Stampin Up. I added 3 chairs cut from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits #143751 and the sentiment from the coordinating Colorful Seasons #143726 stamp set.
Just finished another book fold book for my sister who loves all things Wonder Woman. It’s hard to believe how easy and fun these book folds are to do. I love taking a break from my traditional crafting to complete these works of art!
Since yesterday was the 25th and my sisters birthday, I delayed the monthly Christmas post until today. For this card, I wanted to use the Picture Perfect Birthday #145519 stamp set from Stampin Up in an unintended way. I decided to stamp the bows from the Picture Perfect Birthday in red and green to make a Christmas bow wreath (Yes I hand cut out each bow). I added the sentiment to from the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set and added a bow. The DSP is from the now retired but on the Stampin Up Clearance Rack, Quilted Christmas DSP#144617.
I recently entered attended a workshop put on by another Stampin Up demonstrator and she had raffles fro various prizes. I entered the raffle for this adorable layered nugget cake and won!!! I was thrilled since I won it close to my birthday. So I did what any good sister would do…. I gave it to my sister Blair for her birthday which happens to be today! The pictures of this cake don’t do it justice because there is just too much detail to capture. Happy Birthday Blair!
Once again, I used the Tutti- Frutti DSP #145606, the Apron Builder#145835 stamp set and the Apron Builder Framelit #145661 to create this super simple card for a friend.
I admit it I have gone bananas for the Tutti-Frutti DSP #145606, the Apron of Love #145835 stamp set and the Apron Builder Framelits #145661 in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog. Unfortunately the Tutti- Frutti DSP is a last chance item and will not be carried over in the 2018-2019 Stampin Up Annual Catalog. The Apron stamp set and the Framelits will be carried over but will not be a bundle and save item. For the mini composition book I just covered it with 2 sheets of coordinating DSP and added the sentiment from the Crafting Forever #143958 stamp set onto a punched piece. For the freestanding apron, I cut 2 aprons using the Apron Builder Framelit and constructed a box between the aprons so I could add a cellophane bag of banana chips.
I started out with a clear Acetate Card Box #144628 from Stampin Up and added a single serve cake mix packet with shredded confetti. I then decorated the box by wrapping a belly band from the Petal Passion #145589 DSP and a ribbon tied to a candle. The apron and utensils were cut using the Apron Builder #145661 Framelits and the sentiment was cut from the Celebrate You Thinlits that will be returning to the 2018-2019 Stampin Up Annual Catalog.
