Bubble with Happiness

  For today’s post I added some serious pop by creating the bubbly background using the Bubble Over #145868 stamp set from Stampin Up. I created the bottle by stamping the image from the Bubble Over set and then cut out using the coordinating Bottles and Bubbles #145663 Framelits.  I added the sentiment by cutting the word from the Celebrate You #146840 Thinlits and the image from the Bubble Over stamp set.
