Today’s Christmas card post is a fun fold card featuring some very old Stampin Up DSP that I cannot remember the name of.
Monthly Archives: July 2019
Today’s post is from Cammie’s Christmas in July collection and features the retired Peace and Noel stamp set from Stampin Up. The sentiment is embossed in gold on a Stitched Shape #152323 Die piece and then placed on top of a banner cut from the Lakeside Dies #146351. The focal layer is placed on a gold foil layer.
For one week I will be posting Christmas in July cards. I figure since the stores have Halloween and Christmas stuff out I may as well jump start the season too, Plus I am planning a Christmas in July workshop so it forces me to think Christmas. Today’s card features all retired Stampin Up products that I bought last season and never used. The beautiful DSP is from the Painted Seasons DSP and the pine cones were stamped using the coordinating Painted Seasons stamp set and cut out with the Four Seasons Dies. The sentiment is from the Alpine Adventures stamp set. I added a piece of the mini striped ribbon.
Cammie created a beautiful background using the Beauty Abounds #148726 stamp set. The girl was stamped using the , Beautiful You #151412 stamp set, colored, hand cut and then placed on the focal panel.
The Memories and More cards from Stampin Up are intended to use for scrapbooking but they are perfectly sized to convert to a card in no time. I really got my use out of the now retired Happiness Blooms Memories and More card pack. Today’s card is a quick one that I made for a college graduate. I just added the Memories and More card to a Lovely Lipstick card base and cut down another card for the sentiment. I added a thin yellow strip and then popped up the sentiment and the sticker to complete the card.
Cammie created this unique one of a kind brayered card featuring the Colorful Seasons #143726 stamp set and coordinating Seasonal Layers #143751 dies.
My friend recently purchased a boat so I had to make her a card using the new Sailing Home #149457 Stampin Up stamp set. I used the coordinating Smooth Sailing #149576 dies to make the card accents. The background paper is the now retired Tranquil Textures DSP.
For today’s card I used the retired Animal Exhibition DSP from Stampin Up to create the background and the puzzle pieces cut from Puzzle Pieces Dies #151793. The sentiment is from the Love You to Pieces Stamp set.
For today’s bright and cheerful card, I paired the now retired Bloom By Bloom stamp set with the Happiness Blooms Memories and More card Pack from Stampin Up. The sentiment was cut using the retired Celebrate You Die.
I don’t know what took me so long to use the cute images from the now retired Wood Words stamp set and coordinating Wood Crated dies. The background DSP is from the now retired Nature’s Poem DSP from Stampin Up. Super easy and sweet card!
