The Tiny Treat Acrylic Treat boxes #141699 from Stampin Up make the cutest quick and easy gifts for any occasion. I made this one for a friend in need of some lovin. I simply wrapped a strip of paper (now retired Tutti – Frutti) around the box. I filled the box with fruity Mike and Ikes and then wrapped a coordinating ribbon around the box and tied it with a bow. I added the sentiment from the Apron of Love #145835 stamp set from Stampin Up and had a perfect treat.

The July My Paper Pumpkin kit called Picnic Paradise was adorable and the baskets were the perfect choice for me to make for a treat for my girlfriends at a recent luncheon we had.
I was lucky enough to get an extra kit from a customer who does not like the kits when they are not just cards so she keeps the ink and stamps and gives me the rest. Yay. So as a thanks to her I wanted to make something special so I saw this picnic table card from fellow demonstrator Rachel Tessman and knew it make the perfect thank you for giving me her extra kit. The foundation of the table was built as a bridge fold card and I added paper from the Stampin Up Wood Textures #144177 DSP collection to make the table look realistic. The rest of the table was created using left overs from the Picnic Paradise My Paper Pumpkin kit.
Today is National Watermelon Day! To celebrate I made a few treats using the now retired Tutti-Frutti DSP from Stampin Up. I used the apron from Apron Builder Framelits #145661 to cut to aprons and then added a little box between them. It was the perfect size for 3 nuggets of chocolate.
As a bonus I am adding another watermelon treat using a very old Stampin Up Paper Pumpkin kit. It is a perfect gift bag for any summer occasion.
I used the April 2018 My Paper Pumpkin kit called You’re My Anchor to make an alternate card design and a treat box using one of the boxes and filled it with lifesavers for a clever play on words gift. The Paper Pumpkin kits are so fun to receive each month and can get your crafting on without a lot of extra supplies needed. Everything you need comes in one box!
I recently entered attended a workshop put on by another Stampin Up demonstrator and she had raffles fro various prizes. I entered the raffle for this adorable layered nugget cake and won!!! I was thrilled since I won it close to my birthday. So I did what any good sister would do…. I gave it to my sister Blair for her birthday which happens to be today! The pictures of this cake don’t do it justice because there is just too much detail to capture. Happy Birthday Blair!
I admit it I have gone bananas for the Tutti-Frutti DSP #145606, the Apron of Love #145835 stamp set and the Apron Builder Framelits #145661 in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog. Unfortunately the Tutti- Frutti DSP is a last chance item and will not be carried over in the 2018-2019 Stampin Up Annual Catalog. The Apron stamp set and the Framelits will be carried over but will not be a bundle and save item. For the mini composition book I just covered it with 2 sheets of coordinating DSP and added the sentiment from the Crafting Forever #143958 stamp set onto a punched piece. For the freestanding apron, I cut 2 aprons using the Apron Builder Framelit and constructed a box between the aprons so I could add a cellophane bag of banana chips.
I started out with a clear Acetate Card Box #144628 from Stampin Up and added a single serve cake mix packet with shredded confetti. I then decorated the box by wrapping a belly band from the Petal Passion #145589 DSP and a ribbon tied to a candle. The apron and utensils were cut using the Apron Builder #145661 Framelits and the sentiment was cut from the Celebrate You Thinlits that will be returning to the 2018-2019 Stampin Up Annual Catalog.
