Let’s talk about Creepin it Real…Today marks my 27th wedding anniversary which really freaks me out because it does not seem that long ago. To capture the spirit(s) of Halloween with this set and create terrific treats for all the monsters, vampires, skeletons, and little monsters in your life, I just randomly stamped and colored the images from the Creep it Real #144768 stamp set and a strip of Spooky Night DSP#144610 from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog/

I had some extra scraps of the Stampin Up Foil Frenzy DSP laying around on my table so I decided to use them. I simply trimmed them all to the same length and added a coordinating mat to create the main focal panel of the card. I added some silver metallic thread #138402 a sentiment and a super sweet and cute In color Itty Bitty Bow #144217.
I don’t very often make a single layer card but when I saw this one on page 28 of the 2017-2018 Stampin Up annual catalog featuring the Jar of Love #141587 stamp set I knew I had to recreate it. Once I did that set the ball in motion for me to use the Stampin Up catalog as a resource to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) cards. Why not? Stampin has taken the guess work out of it so that it makes it into their publication. I even had a workshop where all the cards were CASE’d from a Stampin Up resource catalog or publication. I will be sharing all those over the next several months.
I used the Detailed Floral Thinlits #141482 to show case the new Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, the 1/2 inch Finely Woven Ribbon#144135, and the Itty Bitty Felt bows #144217 from the new 2017-2018 Stampin Up annual catalog. I added a flower stamped using the Bunch of Blossoms #141573 stamp set and punched using the coordinating Blossom Builder Punch #141469.
Well today marks the last day to get Stampin Up items from the Stampin Up 2016-2027 annual catalog and the occasions catalog. For this card I used the Cupcakes and Carousels DSP #141587 and stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful You #143004 stamp set. I stamped the dancer on a square cut Stitched Shapes Framelits and matted it with a bigger scalloped square.

I have been having a lot of fun with combining the patterned papers in the Succulent Garden DSP #142778 paper collection. I used a piece of retired ribbon to serve as a barrier to the 2 busy patterned papers. I stamped the image from the Perfect Mix #142933 onto a piece of the Watercolor paper and then colored the image with ink and an aqua painter pen. I cut the focal piece with the Layering Ovals Framelits #141706 from Stampin Up.

Today’s post is a clean design layout that uses patterned paper from the Succulent Garden #142778 DSP Stampin Up collection. I added the mixer from the Perfect Mix # 142933 stamp set on to a Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372 square and matted with the Layering Squares Framelits #141708. I colored the mixer with Stampin Write markers.
