Buying an entire product line really pays off when you have to work up Christmas cards in a hurry. I used the retired Santas Workshop DSP and the coordinating Memories and More Cards to create this card and lots of other designs forthcoming over the next few days!
I usually purchase a lot of Christmas items from the previous Stampin Up Holiday catalog that I use through out the year for the following Christmas and last year I bought the entire line of Santa’s Workshop DSP, Memories and More Cards and the Candy Cane Season stamp. All products are now retired but make cute cards none the less!
Cammie created a stunning card with lots of layering of retired stamps and dies from Stampin Up. The Peaceful Poinsettia and coordinating Detailed Poinsettia dies are the key elements. She added pines and sprigs from the Pretty Pines dies to create this classic Christmas card.
Today’s post is a fun one featuring the now retired Spirited Snowman stamp set from Stampin Up. Cammie used inking techniques to create background and then embossed the image from the Stargazing #149295 stamp set. The sentiment combines the Merry Christmas to All #147702 and the coordinating Merry Christmas #147912 dies.
Cammie did some beautiful brayering to create the snowy scene. She added images from the now retired Hearts Come Home stamp set. She added the cute snowman couple so they could look at the view!
Todays card features the adorable skating snowman from the now retired Spirited Snowman stamp set. The sentiment from Merry Christmas to All #147702 was embossed in gold. The snow accent piece was cut from the now retired Snowfall Thinlit die.
