I really got a lot of “Nautical” mileage from the April 2018 You’re My Anchor My Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin Up. Today’s post are 2 alternated designs using the stamps to create the backgrounds and then the rest of the cards are done using leftover paper and elements from the kit.

Happy Father’s Day. Today’s card is my favorite one I created in my masculine workshop class and my favorite card using the Stampin Up Apron of Love #145835 stamp set and the coordinating Apron Builder Framelit #145661. The checkerboard background was done using the Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372 and is the perfect setting for the BBQ card.
Today’s card is a simple apron created for any griller or BBQ lover in your life. I started out with a wood grain background paper from the the Wood Textures DSP paper pack #144177 from Stampin Up. I created the Apron from left over Christmas paper and stamped the apron outline with the Apron of Love #145835 and then cut it out using the coordinating Apron Builder Framelits #145661. I added the tools to the apron pocket. For the sentiment, I cut a window using the retired Layering Heart Framelits and added the sentiment from the Apron of Love stamp set to the heart on the inside of the card.
I wanted to create a Father’s Day card with perfect style using the popular Pocket Framelit #143750 from Stampin Up. I textured the shirt using the Simple Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder#145648. The pocket and collar were cut using the now retired True Gentleman DSP and the sentiment is from the now retired Truly Tailored stamp set. I added buttons to complete the fashionable Father’s Day card.
Today’s post is truly a manly card using the now retired True Gentleman DSP and the Truly Tailored stamp set from Stampin Up. This card is perfect for any pipe lovin kinda guy.
With Fathers Day fast approaching I thought I would post some cards from my recent Masculine card workshop featuring the recently retired True Gentleman product suite from Stampin Up. The background paper is from the True Gentleman DSP and the sentiment is from the Truly Tailored stamp set. This is a product suite I wish could have stuck around because it is perfect for masculine cards.
I finally got around to making a Zfold card for my recent Manly Man work shop that featured the soon to be retired True Gentleman DSP (sold out) and the coordinating Truly Tailored #145735 stamp set from Stampin Up. The Zfold card was fun to do once I mastered cutting and scoring of the 12×12 cardstock needed to make the card base. The finished card seemed to be a big hit at the workshop and the masculine cards were a bonus and attendees want me to include an annual masculine workshop in my lineup! I can always oblige when Stampin Up adds a masculine product suite to their line up.
