For today’s post I paired the Succulent Garden DSP #142778 with the Perfect Mix #142933 stamp set from Stampin Up. Both of these items are on the Stampin Up Retirement List and both are on sale too but just until they run out or May 31st which ever comes first. I think this stamp set would make perfect Mother’s Day or even Valentine’s Day cards.

Today’s card is a simple card for any music lover in your life. Cammie used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits and an oval punch to create the musical score. She added thin strips of cardstock to finish the notes and added a sentiment.
The weather is warming up and it is almost time to put the top down and cruise around town. Today’s card features a convertible bug car that Cammie modified using the bug car image from the now retired Beautiful Ride stamp set from Stampin Up. She created a beautiful beach scene using her brayering skills and then added the convertible bug to create this all purpose card.
Cammie created this maculine birthday card with lots of embossing starting with the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #138288. The rest of the elements were heat emobossed using the One wild Ride #141721 stamp set from Stampin Up. This set is perfect for the hog riders in our lives. You’ll never have to search for the right card again because you can just make it with the One Wild Ride stamp set.
I don’t know what it is but today’s card just makes me happy! I think it is the fact that the dragon fly from the Stampin Up Awesomely Artistic #138694 stampset is doing the happy dance! Cammie worked her own awesomely artistic brayering and sponging skills to bring this card to life.
Finally, here’s a great big birthday shout out to our niece Alexandra who is celebrating her 22nd birthday today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALI!
Recently I spent time trying to clear out old Stampin Up DSP and ran across the DSP used on todays card. I don’t know the name of the DSP but I hand cut out the bottle from a piece of DSP, wrapped some cording around it and popped it on top of a piece of coordinating DSP and added a sentiment onto a banner. Love the way it turned out and was glad I found the DSP in my stash.
