For today’s card I used a card from the Stampin Up Memories and More Color Theory Card Pack #144210 to create this simple card. The Color Theory Card Pack contains 52 Double Sided cards that are intended to be used for scrapbooking and memory making. The 4″ X 6 ” cards are perfect for creating card fronts and combining with other coordinating supplies to create a quick and easy card.
I recently had a Color Theory workshop and this is one of the cards using the Color Theory Card Pack #144210 from the Stampin Up Memories and More collection. I started the card with a piece of the Color Theory DSP Stack #144193 and then added 2 of the cards from the Color Theory Card Pack and a doily. The sentiment is from the Colorful Seasons #145348 stamp set. It is great how all these products work so well together and make card making a snap!
First of all I want to apologia for the dark photo for today’s post. I used the gift bag on page 126 of the 2017-2018 Stampin Up annual catalog as my inspiration to create this card. The background paper is from the Delightful Daisy DSP #144137 and the stamped image was done using the coordinating Daisy Delight #143669 stamp set.
I just love the details on this card just by simply using Stampin Up Framelits which also makes it quite easy. I started with a circle cut in the top layer using the Layering Circle Framelits #141705. I cut 2 of the dragonfly flights from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits #142749 and glued then to the card front and cut away the excess and then layered a piece of Watercolor Wonder DSP (retired) beneath the circle to create a sun effect. I then cut out the big dragonfly and add a strip of rhinestones to “bling” it up! The sentiment is from the now retired Sweet Essentials stamp set.
Today’s post is another all purpose card using the Stampin Up High Tide #143006 stamp set. This card is gorgeous and one of Cammies exclusive brayered designs and a tribute card to her retirement in Galveston TX from Tulsa. I think she will get used to her new way of life!
Today’s card is a peaceful card that I made to update my stash with sympathy or pick me up cards. I love the sentiment (and all the other images) from the High Tide #143006 stamp set and wanted a calming card and think it came out great.
I absolutely love the the simplicity of the Stampin Up Detailed Floral Thinlits DIe #141482 because the result is stunning when layered on top of a piece of Watercolor Wonder DSP (retired). I added a piece of coordinating ribbon to cover the seam. The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes #128748 stamp set.
