Cammie created the chimney / fireplace using the Ticket Duo Builder punch #126883from the Stampin Up annual catalog. Cammie also used the Gorgeous Grunge #130517 stamp set to grunge up the mantle and the fireplace bricks. She created the background using the Good Greetings stamp set. Santa was created using a variety of Stampin Up punches.
Today’s cards are the birthday cards that Cammie made for our brother’s twins birthday. She made the pink girl version for Claire and the orange boy version for Dylan. Cammie created the fish using punch art. The fish body is from the large oval #119855, the tail is from the primitive heart (no longer available), the fins are from the modern label #119849 and the eyes are from the Owl Builder #118074. Once she assembled her fish she used the white uniball Signo Gel pen #105021 and the all new Project Life Journaling pens #135304. She stamped the sentiment and then cut it out with the Word Bubbles #132968. To create the ocean, she used tones of Blues and textured them using the woodgrain textured impressions embossing folder #127821 and then created the waves using the Large Scallop Edgelit #127019. Lastly Cammie added a Sun using a set of layered circles and sponging.
Today is the 25th and that means time for a Christmas card posting. Can’t believe it is just 3 months from Christmas and I already have some of my this year’s cards done! Sorry for the horrible picture for today’s card but I wanted to focus on the main punch art piece. The background DSP is from a now retired Christmas line from last year’s Stampin Up catalog. The poinsettias were created using the mini Christmas punches (no longer available), the candle is made from the Ticket Duo Builder punch #126883 and the flame is the mini ornament punch (no longer available. The candle is mounted on a window frames collection framelit #129021 and pierced using the coordinating Festive paper piercing pack #127857. I truly love creating punch art.
Hello Sylvester! Cammie has done it again by creating punch art using simple shapes and Stampin Up framelits and punches. The Ovals Framelit collection #129381 the suite of oval punches and a whole lotta of imagination and creativity allowed Cammie to create this super cute card. Love how she swapped the colors to make it gender specific!
I love using the Stampin Up DSP for a card layer and then making an element from the DSP using punches. For today’s card I used a piece of DSP from the Birthday Basics collection. I then created a balloon bouquet using the small oval #120908 and the feet from the owl punch #118074. I added Calyspo Coral Bakers Twine #125573 and anchored it to a layered embellishment using the Apothecary accents #127003, 7/8 ” Scallop and a Bitty Banner with a birthday sentiment.
Love it and made it in multiples to have on hand for graduations, birthdays and other celebrations.
Spiderman! Spiderman! Do whatever a punch can! Today’s card is a birthday card I made for my newphews 7th birthday. Punch art is one of my very favorite things to do. It takes time but the results are great and it helps justify purchasing the punches. Spiderman is made mostly from various ovals, the full heart and the word window & modern label punches. The fun part was putting all the “spidey” pieces in the Stampin Up Spider web folder (now retired) to make his outfit authentic.
