Today’s card is one that I made for a friend that is undergoing chemo. I used the gorgeous All My Love #148576 and then added detailed hearts cut from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits #148527 and the sentiment from the Meant to Be #148626 stamp set from Stampin Up.

Now that summer is about to be over it’s time to start thinking about fall and holiday baking. All things pumpkin spice will be starting soon! For today’s card I started with a piece of the Wood Textures #144177 DSP. I then cut the apron from a left over cardbase from a paper pumpkin kit using the Apron Builder #145661 Framelit and the coordinating Apron of Love #145835 stamp set.
For my card today I used the entire product line from the Tropical Escape Suite from Stampin Up. I used the Tropical Escape # 146916 DSP and then added a piece of the Granny Apple Green 1/2 in Textured Weave Ribbon #146920. For the floral cluster, I stamped the images with the Tropical Chic #146750 stamp set and cut them out using the coordinating Tropical Thinlits #146831 Dies and anchored them to a Stitched Shapes #145372 piece and a Scalloped Circle #141705 mat.
This post is a very stunning design that Cammie made using the Fabulous Flamingo #143758 Stampin Up stamp set and the direct to paper inking technique. Cammie added even more interest by adding the delicate Flourish from the Flourish Thinlits #141478. This sassy and yet classy flamingo will show off your stamping skills when you carefully layer all three stamps to create a flamingo worthy of every climate!
The Stampin Up Season to Sparkle has been retired but I recently dusted it off and made a sweet pick me up card for a friend. I loved the Season to Sparkle set but never got around to using it so I gave myself a challenge to use something old before I can start buying new stuff. I often like to pull out sets that have been retired to recharge before loading up on all the new products available.
Trying to get through the winter blues by creating a bright and cheerful card using the Memories and More Color Theory Card Pack #144210 from Stampin Up. Each pack includes 52 double-sided 3″ x 4″ (7.6 x 10.2 cm) cards, 2 each of 26 designs; 20 double-sided 4″ x 6″ (10.2 x 15.2 cm) cards, 2 each of 10 designs; 2 cardstock sticker sheets; 4 printed acetate cards, 1 each 4″ x 6″ (10.2 x 15.2 cm) and 3 each 3″ x 4″ (7.6 x 10.2 cm.) and are perfect for both scrapbooking and card making. Before I added the 2 cards, I textured the card base with the Layered Leaves #143704 Dynamic Textures Impressions Embossing Folder.
I really think this card is fantastic and really sums up a nice vacation away from the cold and snowy blistery winter we have had. The background was textured using the ruffled Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder #143699 from Stampin Up. For the main focal panel, Cammie used her brayering skills and the Touches of Texture #141934 stamp set to dimension and character to her lovely beach scene. She added the realistic looking shells from the So Many Shells #143695 stamp set. The Photographic-inspired shells make this card extraordinary. The sentiment is from the now retired Beachy Little Christmas stamp set from Stampin Up.
