I have had a lot of fun playing with the Perfect Mix stamp set and paring it with the Succulent Garden DSP (No longer available). Both items were in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog and on the retirement list but it looks as if the Succulent Garden DSP has sold out. The background DSP is from the Succulent Garden DSP collection and then I created a strip of crumb cake cardstock and randomly stamped the images from the stamp set and then stamped the mixing bowl and spoon, colored them and hand cut it out and placed it on the card to make a geat birthday card.
The Succulent Garden DSP was on the Retirement List along with the Perfect Mix stamp set ad other ith a lot of other great products are on the Stampin Up Retirement List and are discounted. The items on the Retirement List are only available while supplies last or May 31st which ever comes first; so be sure to check it out and order sooner than later!
I used some leftovers from the Pretty Pocket kit and added extras from my stash to make today’s card. It is always fun to use the card kits for other than intended and this card is the perfect card to have on hand for a quick note.
Today’s card is a simple and quick card I made using the entire Festive Birthday suite of products from Stampin Up. I started off by texturing the Tempting Turquoise card stock with the Festive Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #141471 and then added a flap with a cute piece of the Festive Birthday DSP #141630 and then layered the square with the stamped message from the Birthday Fiesta #stamp set. When the flap opens it reveals another spot to write a message!
The Festive Birthday suite of products is on the Stampin Up Retirement List and some items are on sale. The products on the retirement list are good while supplies last or May 31st so be sure to check it out and order fast.
This card is simply dazzling and it just sparkles because of all the glimmer DSP used to make this card. The sad part is the glimmer DSP is no longer available now that Stampin Up’s sale-a-bration is over. The basket and eggs were cut using the Basket Builder Framelits # 143228 from the Stampin Up Occasions catalog. The sentiment is from the coordinating Basket Bunch stamp set #143186.
Today’s post is a sweet card that Cammie made for Easter. The Hello Honey strip is textured with the all new Hexgons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #143231. The chick and the sentiment are from the now retired Hey Chick stamp set and the carton of eggs are from the Perfect Mix #142933 stampset. Although this card is intended for Easter it could also be used for other occasions including birthday, thank -you and thinking of you cards.
