For today’s birthday post, I am focusing on making it simple. The fabulous DSP in the Stampin Up Picture Perfect Birthday DSP #145559 make it easy to create a quick and easy card. The papers are so fun that you don’t want to cover them up with other elements. I used the coordinating Picture Perfect Birthday #145519 stamp set.
For today’s birthday post I combined the Crafting Forever # 143955 stamp set with the Apron of Love bundle in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog #145986. I created my own background paper simple by stamping the scissors from the Crafting Forever stamp set. I then cut out the apron and all the associated apron details using the Apron Builder Framelits #145661 from the Bubbles and Fizz DSP #147244 which is available as a free item in the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog. I added the shimmer ribbon (also a Sale-a-bration item) #147243 to the apron. To complete the card, I added the sentiment from the Crafting Forever stamp set onto a Stitched Shapes #145372 square.
Today’s birthday post is a CASE (Copy and Share Everything) from pg 12 of the Stampin Up Sale-a-Bration catalog. Instead of the pictured gift bag I adopted the design into a card. The background is textured using the Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #145649. I then created a color block panel using a piece of the Bubbles and Fizz DSP and the stamps from the Epic Celebration #147232 stamp set. Both these products are free items from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog with a qualifying purchase. I embossed the guitar and hand cut it out. I also added strips of the shimmering ribbon bundle # 147243 from the Sale-a-bration catalog.
I love making the eclipse cards using the Stampin Up Large Letters Framelits #141712. Before cutting out the letters I used the candles from the now retired Merry Patterns Christmas stamp set. Once the design was complete, I cut the letters out and also in black. The letters were layered, popped and placed back in the negative space to achieve the eclipse look.
Today’s birthday card is a pure delight! Cammie really wanted things to “pop” so started out using the Bubbles and Fizz #147244 DSP from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog. She then cut out the soda pop bottles from vellum and the Bottles and Bubbles Framelits. She used inks and daubers to create the soda flavors. The sentiment is from the Bubble Over #146082 stamp set and is perfect for this fun card.
Remember that the Stampin Up annual campaign is the best time to stock up on essentials and earn free products from the Sale-a-Bration catalog for each qualifying order. Time is running out to earn free products- Sale-a-Bration ends March 31st.
Today’s birthday card is so delightful. Cammie used the bright piece of DSP from the Stampin Up Delightful Daisy #144137 DSP collection as the backdrop. The whisper white band with the sentiment from the Tin of Cards (retired) is perfect to perch the daisy stamped using the Daisy Delight #143669 stamp set and then punched 2 using the coordinating Daisy punch #143713. The pieces were layered to form a full daisy and placed on top of a nest of Old Olive ribbon and the daisy center is clear faceted gem.
This card would have been perfect to post yesterday for International Women’s Day. Some images are timeless and yet represent youth and creativity like no other. It features the free Epic Celebration #147232 stamp set that is available from the Sale-a-bration catalog with a qualifying purchase. The background paper is from the Whole Lot of Lovely #144110 collection and creates a big and bold statement for any galfriends birthday.
