Today’s posting is same layout done 2 ways and uses a lot of retired Stampin Up products. The background is textured with the all new Falling Petals Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #142761 from the Stampin Up Occasions catalog. The falling petals look like hearts so that is why Cammie decided to use it for her Valentine. The DSP is very old stampin Up DSP that Cammie stamped directly onto. The bird is from the retired Season of Friendship and the foliage on the left is from the In the Meadow #140751 stamp set and the foliage on the right is from the retired An Open Heart stamp set. Cammie added 2 red glimmer punched hearts. Although this card was intended for a Valentine, I think it could be used as an all occasion or even a sympathy card.
This is an absolutely adorable card featuring the retired Stampin Up stamp set called An Open Heart. Cammie handcut out the bird and the ornament is pieced using a 2 1/2 inch circle punch and the birds reflection on the bulb.

This all purpose card turned out so beautifully and it was relatively simple for one of Cammie’s cards. Cammie started textured the background using the Stampin Up Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #139673 and then lightly sponged the sky background and the bark of the tree. She added leaves and a hand cut branch that was perfect for her sweet little bird from the now retired An Open Heart stampset.
Cammie loves to create nature scenes and she has really put the Stampin Up An Open Heart (retired) stamp set to use and today’s card is no exception. The simple little bird and his reflection in the water make for a fantastic card for all occasions.
Cammie really has a knack for making beautiful “nature” cards that can be used for any occasion. Today’s card is no exception. She used a monochromatic color scheme for the background and then added the branches using 2 stampsets: An Open Heart (retired) and the Remarkable You #139891. The flowers were from the Remarkable You #139891 and handcut and added to the card. She finished by adding a bird from the An Open Heart stampset.
I was supposed to post a Christmas card yesterday since it was the 25th of the month but that conflicted with Blair’s birthday so today is the day. This card is one of Cammie’s Christmas beauties. She textured the background with the retired Stampin Up Boughs and Berries Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. For the layered focal piece she started with a label cut from the Lots of Labels Framelits #138281 and then Stamped the image from the Stampin Up An Open Heart #134999; she then added the cut the letters out using retired set. The poinsettia was stamped from the Reason For the Season #139730 stamp set.
Be sure to check out the Retired products on the Stampin Up retirement list. All products on the list will not be available beyond May 31st.
Sometimes it’s hard to find the right words for the situation, but the detailed bird can help say everything your heart wants to convey. Today’s card post is an all purpose style card featuring the soon to be retired An Open Heart #135002 stamp set. On the brayered focal panel, the bird is dangling a punched heart with rhinestone bling from a hand drawn string. The left panel is a strip of Wild DSP #138441 with hearts from the Hearts Border Punch #133784. Both panels are matted in Cherry Cobbler cardstock and placed on the sahara sand layer textured with the retired Wood grain TIEF.
