Apron Craze

2018_04_24IMG_3096 I have gone wild with the Stampin Up Apron Of Love stamp set and coordinating Apron Builder Framelit #145661.  With this Apron I embossed it with the Stampin Up Logo from the now retired Workshop Words stamp set and then filled the pocket with tools from the Crafting Forever #143955 and other scraps.  I used the fabulous Painted With Love DSP #145580.

Creative Apron

2018_04_23IMG_3081 I have had so much fun creating aprons with the Apron Builder #145661 Framelit,  I used retired Sending Love DSP for the background and the apron pocket.  I embossed the sentiment from the Crafting Forever #143958 stamp set.  The Apron Builder Framelits and the coordinating Apron of Love stamp set will be carried over in the new 2018-2019 Stampin Up annual catalog beginning on June 1st.

Crafting Apron

I was recently asked by a fellow demonstrator to do samples for her all day workshop.  She asked me to pick a stamp set and make about 5-7 samples to display at her event.  I chose the Apron of Love #145835 stamp set and coordinating Apron Builder Framelits #145661 from Stampin Up. Aprons symbolize so many things: love, dedication, and caring for others.  I must admit I went crazy with this set creating lovely aprons for every occasion you can think of.  I paired the Apron of Love Bundle with now retired Workshop Words and the Crafting Forever #143955 stamp sets and created these adorable Stampin Up aprons.

Made with Love

2018_03_24IMG_3060 Today’s birthday post is one that I did for another Stampin Up demonstrator that needed samples for her spring event.  She asked me to pick a current Stampin Up product and come up with a 5-7 projects.  I chose the Apron of Love Bundle #145986 that includes the Aron of Love Photopolymer stamp and the coordinating Apron Builder Framelits from the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog.   I used the Tutti-Frutti DSP #145606 for the Apron and the Stitched Shapes.  I can attest that I love Apron of Love Bundle and came up with lots of adorable cards and projects for my fellow Demonstrators upcoming workshop.  So once the event happens I will be posting all the fun cards and projects in the coming weeks.

I love Stamping

2018_03_16 (1) I made today’s birthday card for a customer who loves to stamp as much as me. I started out using a piece of the Bubbles and Fizz #147244 DSP and then textured the top layer using the Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #145649.  I then create a mini replica of my Stampin Up Apron using the Apron Builder Framelits #145661. The Stampin Up logo was added by embossing the image from the Workshop Words (no longer available). I added a perfectly aligned row of words using the soon to be available Stamparatus and the image from the Apron of Love #145835  stamp set.  The stamping is actually done on the inside panel that is seen because I cut off 1/2 inch from the card front. The fun sentiment is was stamped using the Crafting Forever #143955 sentiment onto a scalloped square.

Cut out to be friends

2018_03_14IMG_3082 For today’s birthday post I combined the Crafting Forever # 143955 stamp set with the Apron of Love bundle in the Stampin Up Occasions Catalog #145986.  I created my own background paper simple by stamping the scissors from the Crafting Forever stamp set.  I then cut out the apron and all the associated apron details using the Apron Builder Framelits #145661 from the Bubbles and Fizz DSP #147244 which is available as a free item in the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog.  I added the shimmer ribbon (also a Sale-a-bration item) #147243 to the apron.  To complete the card, I added the sentiment from the Crafting Forever stamp set onto a Stitched Shapes #145372 square.
