I love denim so I decided to try my hand at making a pair of blue jeans by randomly stamping the hatched image from the You’ve Got This #139572 background stamp in dapper denim ink onto marina mist cardstock. For the belt loops I punched Classic Label #141491 and the belt was textured using the Woodgrain #127821 Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. For the pocket I stamped the image from the Badges and Banners #141605 stamp set and punched it out with the coordinating Best Badge punch #140633. The sentiment is also from the Badges and Banners stamp set and punched with the Duet Banner punch #141483.
Today’s post is a great masculine card and even more perfect for a motorcycle enthusiast. Cammie created a fantastic card featuring the One Wild Ride #141721 from Stampin Up. The silver strip was textured using a retired Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The sentiment is also from the One Wild Ride and then hand cut out and matted on a coordinating piece punched from the Best Badge Punch #140633.
Today’s card is all about the Stampin Up Badges and Banners Bundle #142333. Who knew an upside down badge could be a bird cage? So to make the card, I stamped the birdcages in calypso coral ink onto calypso coral cardstock. I then stamped the birdcage from the Badges and Banners stampset and punched it out with the coordinating Best Badges punch. I cut away the lower part of the bird cage and added it to a solid pool party badge piece and added a thin strip of calypso coral cardstock. I added a piece of Bakers Twine to hang the bird cage. For the sentiment, I punched a window using the Classic Label #141491 and then added the sentiment/
I love the Stampin Up Pop of Pink DSP#141648 that is featured on today’s birthday card. For the main focal piece, I textured a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock using the Festive Textured Impressions Embossing folder #141471. I then used the Best Badge punch #140633#140633 to create a window to display the coordinating sentiment from the Badges and Banners stamp set #141605. Once it was matted on black cardstock I added a few little hand cut banners from scrap pieces of the pop of pink DSP
I just love the Stampin Up Pop Of Pink DSP #141648 that I used as for the striped layer and the accent strip. I used the Best Badge Punch to cut a window in the black cardstock and then stamped the bird cage with the coordinating Badges and Banners stamp set #141610. For the sweet sentiment I stamped it with the Badge and Banners set and then used the Duet Banners punch #141483 to create the cute banner. I finished the card with a piece of mambo and black bakers twine.
The Badges and Banners stamp set is everything you could ask for in a stamp set. The set is versatile, fun, and covers most occasions from celebrating the arrival of a new baby, letting a friend know that you love them,or wishing someone a great day.
