I love it when both Cammie and I come up with similar cards using mostly the same products. Today’s post is just that. We both used the now retired Gold Soiree DSP and the Bright and Beautiful Stamp set also retired from Stampin Up. The start were cut using the Star Framelits #133723. Cammie stepped her card up by adding the red foil#139607 star mats. We both blinged them up using rhinestones#119246.
Today’s card is a very detailed but beautiful card featuring the Bright and Beautiful #135029 from the Stampin Up holiday catalog and the coordinating Star Framelits #133723. For the background layout Cammie used the Dictionary #130351 background stamp sand grunged it up using the silver metallic encore ink #132142 and the Gorgeous Grunge #130517 stampset. She added the sentiment from the Bright and Beautiful stamp set directly on top of the Dictionary image, To finish off the main panel, Cammie added plenty of bling. She used both the basic rhinestones #119246 and the now retired large rhinestones before adding it to the Real Red file folder layer. To create the file folder she used the File Tabs #133729 edgelits to create a faux folder. The striped background DSP is from a now retired paper stack but can easily be replaced with many of Stampin Ups DSP options.
