The Stampin Up Sheltering Tree #137163 photopolymer stamp set is my favorite set in the current Stampin Up annual catalog. It is perfect for creating the perfect “friendship-scapes” for all seasons. Today’s card is a simple design but packs a lot of punch with the finished card.

Today’s post is another My Digital Studio, MDS, card I made using the free digital ensemble- One Big Sale-a-bration 2014 download available during the annual Sale-a- Bration campaign. During Sale-a-bration, you earn free products from the Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog for every $50 you spend in merchandise. I love the One Big Sale-A-Bration 2014 download because it includes all the SAB stampsets and the Sweet Sorbet DSP and the coordinating accessories.
To make this card, I used the See ya later alligator stamp and cropped the alligator out using the crop tool. I then changed the color to gumball green and then copied him 3 more times and place him in a row. I then used the mirror image tool to rotate him and then copied the image 3 more times.. Then I grouped both rown and copied them again to end up with 20 alligators. To create the fade away of each alligator, I changed the opacity by 5% starting with 100% for the first one (then 95%, then 90% and so on). I added a heart and filled it with glimmer paper to the last alligator. I then added the sentiment but this time I just cropped only the words (not the alligator) and then colored the text. I added a starfruit banner and my card was done!

Stampin Up’s MDS software and downloads make it so easy to design cards in a snap. Today’s post is a card that I made in under 10 minutes from start to finish using the free digital ensemble called One Big Sale-a-bration 2014, #134976, in the Sale-a-bration catalog. This ensemble is everything in the Sale-a-bration catalog in digital form. I was inspired by the Lacoste like alligator from the digital brush called See Ya Later to make today’s card. Using the crop feature, I cut out the alligator, changed his color to garden green and resized him to randomly place him on the sahara sand background. I then filled the pennant shape with a piece of the digital Sweet Sorbet DSP and colored the sentiment using the coloring tool inside the white oval and matted the oval underneath. Done!
Don’t be fooled by the title of this post because I used the crop feature to take a bite out of the see ya later stamp.
