I am trying to use up my DSP from the soon to be retiring 2015-2016 catalog to make room for the new DSP and other fun stuff in the Stampin Up 2016-2017 annual catalog. Today’s card features the Cherry on Top #138443 DSP paper stack. I just layered 2 patterns on top of a Bermuda Bay card base. I added the layered sentiment from the Stampin Up All Boxed Up #139340 stamp set and the images are punched with the 1 3/4 ” circle punch #119850 and the now retired Washi Tape punch.
Every year I make and send out hundreds of birthday cards and the Stampin Up Cherry on Top DSP#138443 paper stack was the perfect way to make some great birthday cards. The color blocking technique is a great way to showcase the fabulous DSP. I love combining patterned papers and since both pieces come from the same Stampin Up collection it takes the guess work out of it. I added a horizontal block for the sentiment and used the Stampin Up Happy Birthday, Everyone Hostess set to complete this super sweet card.
Today’s post is a sweet alternate way to use my January Cute Conversations My Paper Pumpkin Kit. Rather than making the heart garland or treats as proposed in the kit, I decided to pair the big hearts with the Stampin Up It’s My Party DSP paper stack # 140552 from the Occasions catalog and the Cherry On Top #138443 DSP from the 2015-2016 annual catalog. The hello greeting is from the Hello #141240 stamp set in Stampin Up Sale-a-bration catalog and the You’re Sweet sentiment is from the Cute Conversations paper pumpkin kit.
The Hello stamp set is free during sale-a-bration for every $50 spend in merchandise, you earn free product from the SAB catalog. However the Hello stamp set and a few other items will be replaced with new items on Feb 16th so be sure to check out the limited SAB items and stock up.
Happy 15th birthday to our sweet niece Meredith! To celebrate I made a sweet card featuring the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. The cupcake icing features the Cherry on Top DSP #138443 from Stampin Up. For the background, I added various sizes of punched circles and then ran that through the Big Shot using the Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #133520 . I mounted the cupcake on a Scalloped Circle #118874 piece and the sentiment was stamped onto a Washi Label #138296 punched piece.
Lots of fun products from the Stampin Up annual catalog were used to create this super cute card. I started with a whisper white background and then stamped confetti using the Sprinkles of Life #139447 stampset. I added to strips of DSP from the Cherry On Top #138443 and used the Stampin Up Fringe Scissors #133325 and a piece oof Cherry on Top Cotton paper to a fringed strip. I used the Stake Your Claim #139447 stampset and the coordinating Handpicked framelits #137361 to add a sign. I added a couple more party accents using Washi Tape and by rolling the fringed cotton paper using basic toothpicks

The Stampin Up Sprinkle of Life #139971 photoplymer stamp set is the main feature for today’s post. This set sprinkles positive thoughts wherever you want and is chock-full of positivity that you’ll want to share with everyone. As an added bonus for each Sprinkles of Life set sold
Stampin’ Up! donates time and money to support Ronald McDonald House Charities. To date we’ve contributed over $1,000,000 to RHMC and their network of local RMHC Chapters. When you buy the Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set, we donate a portion of the proceeds to RMHC.
For the background DSP, I used a piece of the Cherry on Top Designers Series paper stack #138443. I stamped clouds and raindrops on the main panel and punched the cloud using the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. The sentiment is stamped on a scrap piece of pool party cardstock and hand cut into a banner.
Another Birthday for my good friend Kim can be celebrated with a piece of cake. Nothing screams birthday like cake and this card has plenty of it with the darling background paper from the Stampin Up Cherry on Top DSP paper stack #138443. I added the sentiment from the Happy Birthday, Everyone Host set in the Stampin Up annual catalog #139171. I “girlied” it up using the sweet Itty Bitty flowers with cute pearl centers.
Happy Birthday Kim!

Happy birthday to our sweet twin niece and nephew Claire and Dylan. I decided to use the No Bones About It #138756 stamp set and make a girl version and a boy version for their 9th birthday. For Claire’s girly dino card, I added strips of the Stampin Up Cherry on Top DSP Paper Stack #138443 and notched each strip with the Banner Triple Punch #138292. I used Watermelon Wonder Ink to Stamp the “longneck” dino and added a Pool Party party hat complete with a rhinestone accent.
For Dylan’s boy dino card, I used the banners DSP from the Cherry On Top DSP paper stack to set the tone for this multilayered birthday card. I used pool party ink to stamp just the velociraptor bones and added a cool cucumber party hat. I used multi colored inks and the various little images to accent the background of the main panel and then cut a banner from the Balloon Framelits #137362.
Happy Birthday Claire and Dylan!
