Under the Mistletoe
Tis the Season for pretty holiday paper. I just used 2 pieces of the festive yet traditional Under the Mistletoe #146921 DSP to make this card. The sentiment and frame were stamped using the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set and then cut out and added to the card for a simple Christmas card.
Christmas Blessings
Today’s card is one that I CASEd (Copy and Share Everything) from pg 94 of the current Stampin Up 2018-2019 annual catalog. The background paper is the Stampin Up Under the Mistletoe #146921 DSP. The focal panel is stamped using the Mistletoe Season #146768 stamp set and the sentiment is stamped using the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set.
Bring on the Christmas Music
It is officially the Christmas season and Cammie got in tune by stamping the background of her Christmas card with the Stampin Up Sheet Music background #143967. She added some pine needles and pine cones using the now retired Christmas Happiness set. She cut the pine cones and leaf embellishments with the Pretty Pine Thinlits #141851 dies. The sentiment is from the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set.
Simple Joys of Christmas
I hand make over 150 Christmas cards each season and make lots of different designs. I try and make some simple ones because I make so many and today’s post is one of my simple designs using the now retired Foil Frenzy DSP from Stampin Up and wrapped the coordinating taffeta ribbon and tied a nice bow. I added the foil snowflake and stamped the image from the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set. Once I complete the design I cut and prepare at least 3 more cards so that come Christmas time my cards are ready to address and get in the mail.
Christmas Bow Wreath
Since yesterday was the 25th and my sisters birthday, I delayed the monthly Christmas post until today. For this card, I wanted to use the Picture Perfect Birthday #145519 stamp set from Stampin Up in an unintended way. I decided to stamp the bows from the Picture Perfect Birthday in red and green to make a Christmas bow wreath (Yes I hand cut out each bow). I added the sentiment to from the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set and added a bow. The DSP is from the now retired but on the Stampin Up Clearance Rack, Quilted Christmas DSP#144617.
Christmas Candle
Today’s Christmas In July card is one that Cammie made that features the now retired Jar of Cheer stamp set. The candle image is cut with the Layering Circles #141705 Framelits and added to a gold metallic circle mat cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372 onto a stamped ray image. Cammie completed the card by adding the sentiment from the Stampin Up Christmas Pines #142049 stampset.
Seasonal Bells
For today’s card, I challenged myself to use an non traditional Christmas color scheme and I reached way out my comfort zone and used pastels! For the pine needles, I used the Christmas Pines #142049 stamp set fro the Stampin Up holiday catalog. I then used the Seasonal Bells #142104 stamp and coordinationg Bell Punch #141846 to add the bells atop of the pines. I added the berries using a red Stampin Write marker The sentiment is from the Seasonal Bells stampset and hand cut out. I could not resist adding the red bow to brighten things up!
Pretty Pines
This winter wonderland card is all about the Christmas Pine #14209 and the coordinating Pretty Pines Thinlits #141851 from Stampin Up. The stunning silver embossing really makes this scene come to life.
