Now that March is here, it is officially my birth month so I will be posting mostly birthday cards during the entire month of March. Today’s post is a very tropical post featuring the Tropical Chic Suite from Stampin Up to include the gorgeous Tropical Escape #146916 background paper and the coordinating Tropical Thinlits #146831. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings #147667 and it fits perfectly on the Classic Label #141491 punch and then added to a punched piece from the Tailored Tag Punch #145667.

Today’s card features all the patterns in the Under the Mistletoe DSP #146921 collection that I punched with the Classic Label #141491 punch. I randomly layered them on the whisper white cardstock embossed with the retired Pine Bough Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I also added a tree punched from a retired punch and the cute piece of leaf ribbon # 146905. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Greetings #146667 stamp set.
Happy Thanksgiving! I made this card to show my love of punch art and features the Making Everyday Bright #148813 Stampin Up stamp set and the coordinating Christmas Bulb Builder Punch #148013 to make the turkey. The sentiment is from the Country Home #147678.
I love to use stamps for other than what they were intended to be used for. I did that with today’s card. I used the Bunch of Blossoms #141573 stamp set and the coordinating Blossom Builder punch #141469 from Stampin Up to make the layers for the tree. I added a tree trunk using the Classic Label punch (Retired), The tree was placed on a piece of Sending Love DSP (retired) from Stampin Up. I dressed the tree up with punched heart and some gold twine and a gold glimmering star to complete this festive card to feature at my Christmas in July workshop.
Happy Thanksgiving one and all. Sorry for the crooked picture. I mailed the card before I checked the quality of the picture. This card looks simple but took a lot of effort to complete because the intricate design of the leaf made cutting a challenge…. even with the Big Shot -so I just made 1.
For today’s card I used lots of leaves cut from the Paisley Framelits # 141849 and formed them in the shape of a wreath. I randomly added sequins left over from the October My Paper Pumpkin kit. I created a window using the Classic Label Punch #141491 and added the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set (retired).
What’s sweet, juicy, and adds fun to any stamping project? Pineapples! And today’s card is no exception. I used the black and white side of the Stampin Up Pop of Pink DSP #141648 and then added my pink pineapple stamped using the Pineapple # 141743 stamp from Stampin Up. I stamped the pineapple base and added 3 shades of pink using my Stampin Write markers. I hand cut out the pineapple and randomly added some rhinestones. For the leaves I stamped them twice hand cut out and popped the shorter set on top of the taller leaves. To finish, I added a strip of black and white Pop of Pink DSP matted in pink and added a piece of the 3/8″ Flirty Flamingo Ruched ribbon #141426 as an accent. The sentiment is from the Thoughtful banners #141614 stamp set and punched with the coordinating Classic Labels #141491 punch.
