Today’s post is a quick one using some retired Stampin Up products. I made this card for my soccer loving nephews birthday last month. The background mimics a soccer ball and was achieved by texturing the background with the retired Hexagon Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I added the tshirt using the retired Custom Tee stamp and coordinating T-shirt Bilder Framelits.

I am tickled pink that it is my dear friend Kim’s birthday today. She is my pink and black loving gal so to honor her, I made this sweet card using the Stampin Up Pop of Pink DSP that sadly is now retired. I used the retired Custom Tee stamp set to make the tee and birthday sash and of course blinged it out with the glimmer tape and and rhinestones. Happy birthday Kim… I think your birthday will be very pink this year!
I made this sweet card for my neice’s birthday using the It’s My Party DSP which is now retired from Stampin Up. The tee shirt and sash were from the Custom Tee stamp set (also retired) and added it to a Stitched Shapes #145372 square to complete the look,
I wanted to do a monochromatic design so I used a piece of the Stampin Up It’s My Party (retired) DSP.. I then used the Pretty Paisley Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (retired)to create an oval ring where I could place my Mint Macron Tshirt stamped using the Custom Tee #142916 and cut out using the coordinating T-shirt Builder Framelits #142754. I stamped the tshirt sentiment from the Custom Tee stampset.
Happy birthday to my favorite pageant loving friend Cathy H. I hope I made your day complete with your own birthday sash! When I saw the Custom Tee #142916 Stampin Up stamp set complete with a pageant sash I knew it was for you! I used a piece of retired DSP. The focal piece I used the stamped the Custom Tee and then used the coordinating Tshirt Builder Framelits #142754 to cut out the tshirt and the sash! To dress up the tshirt for a frilly pageant style look I cut out a piece from a retired die and laid it over the shirt and cut away the excess to create the perfect top. I added the tshirt to a square cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelits #142754.. May all you pageant dreams come true.
I used this card for my May thank you cards for placing a Stampin Up order. I randomly stamped the image from the now retired Stampin Up Designer Tee stampset. Then used the soon to be retired Custom Tee #142916 and the coordinating Tshirt builder Framelits #142754 to make the Tshirt with cute collar.
Be sure and check out the Stampin Up Retirement List for all the items that will no longer be available after May 31st. As a bonus some items are even deeply discounted.
Today’s cards focuses on some of my favorite products from the Stampin Up occasions catalog that are retiring too soon in my humble opinion. The background is created using 2 patterns of DSP from the Cupcakes and Carousels DSP Paper stack #142744. The tshirts are stamped using the Custom Tee #142916 stamp set and then cut out using the T-shirt Builder Framelits #142754. The middle T shirt and the swoosh behind the sentiment were done using the Baby Wipe Technique and the Tie Dyed #143008 and the Work of Art #134111 stamp sets.
