Sweet File Folder card

2014_10_19IMG_3640 This card is super cute and fun to make using the Stampin Up Envelope Punch Board #133774 from the current Stampin Up annual catalog.  I decorated the file folder with some now retired DSP.  The cupcake was punched using the cupcake builder punch #121807, completed with a cherry on top and then mounted on a doily cut from the now retired pennant die.  The card was folded up and tied closed with a piece of real red ribbon.

Smile holder

2014_10_13IMG_3647 Today’s post is a card and a gift card holder all in one!  I used the Stampin Up envelope punch board #133774. This was one of the projects we made a couple of months ago at my envelope punch card class.  The DSP is the now retired I am me Stampin Up DSP paper collection.  The gift card pocket is a wrap created using the Stampin Up envelope punch board. The sentiment is from the Happy Day (retired) stamp set and then cut using the Chalk Talk Framelit #129983.  The banners are punched using the Banner #1333519 punch and attached to the Calypso Coral Bakers Twine.

Frosty 2014

2014_09_25IMG_4701 Every year when I make my Christmas cards, I always include a snowman in my Christmas card lineup.  For today’s card I used up some very old snowflake DSP for the background and then I created the cutest snowman ever using the Stampin Up envelope punch board #133774 and various other Stampin Up punches and embellishments to decorate my snowman.  This card turned out so cute and was the hit at my Christmas club workshop!

Nesting Envelopes

2014_08_15IMG_3629 Today’s post was voted the favorite card from my “the envelope please” workshop that featured the fabulous must have Stampin Up envelope punch board #133774.  For this card I used now retired but ever so cute Birthday Basics DSP for this card.  Like all Stampin Up paper, each DSP paper pack all coordinates with one another so it makes planning a card easy.  The card base is a pouch made using the envelope punch board complete with file tab! The party hat envelope(also created with the envelope punch board) tucked inside the pouch is another card that holds a gift card.2014_08_15IMG_3633

The card is decorated with DSP and the sentiment is stamped with the Just Sayin’ # and then cut out using the coordinating Word Bubbles #132968 framelits. Finally the outer most mailing envelope was cut and lined using the envelope punch board.

This card was fun to create but even more fun to receive!

Make a Wish Gift Card Holder

2014_08_12IMG_3638 I recently had a workshop where all the projects featured the envelope punch board.  I bought the punch board months ago and never used it so I decided to build my workshop around it and was truly surprised by how much you could do with it.  A simple google on how to use the envelope punch board got me super excited and created a great workshop.  This  gift card holder is a direct CASE (Copy and Share Everything) from a You Tube Video I saw during my research.

The background paper is from this past Sale-A-Bration and is no longer available but the banner is cut from the Banners framelit #132173 and the Perfect Pennants #133230 stamp set.

Punch Board Pouch

2014_08_11IMG_3635 The more I use my Envelope Punch board#133774 the more I love it.  I needed a quick gift idea and wanted to get rid of so I made a pouch to fit a Hershey bar and added a bow using the Gift Bow Big Z die #129977.  Both the envelope punch board and the Bow die from Stampin Up make gift giving a breeze!

Nautical Thank You

2014_07_07IMG_1686 Today’s post is the gift card set that I made using the Sea Street #133988 stamp set. I was inspired my the card on page 42 of the 2014-2015 Stampin Up annual catalog.  Our friends daughter had a nautical themed wedding over the weekend and I bundled these cards in a package of 8 for a nautical wedding gift along with the card and money.  I used my envelope board to make a box and topped it off with a pinwheel from the Stampin Up June Paper Pumpkin kit.
