Happy Hello Bag o lope
The bag o lope was one of the first projects I created at the first Stampin Up party I attended over 12 years ago. The bag o lope is created using a sealed envelope and scoring the sides . My project today uses the envelope from the Happy Hello Simply Sent Kit #130149. I embelliished with the flower stickers and added the Basic Gray satin ribbon handle.
The Happy Hello Simply Sent kit is one of the many free items available in the annual Stampin Up Sale-A-Bration campaign running through March 22. For every $50spent you can choose a free item from the catalog. The Simply Sent Kits are designed to make card making a snap and include 8 diecut cards and super cute coordinating diecut envelopes and embellishments to make 8 cards.

Happy Hello Treat Box
My favorite free item in the Stampin Up Sale-A-Bration is the Happy Hello Simply Sent Kit. The kits are so versitle and intended to be used when you need a card in a hurry. The Simply Sent Kits are designed to make card making a snap and include 8 diecut cards and super cute coordinating diecut envelopes and embellishments to make 8 cards.
Today’s Project started out as a simply sent card from the Happy Hello Kit #130149 but with a few scored lines a couple of snips and folds I converted the card into a treat box. I embellished the box with the sticker flower, rhinestones and twine and then filled a treat bag with candy and put it in the box. Love it. I really want to do a Happy Hello card workshop to put all the ideas into action.
Take 2 into 1 Happy Hello
Call me crazy with this card- I took 2 of the Simply Sent Happy Hello Kits to make this card. Why not since the Happy Hello Simply Sent Kit is one of 13 all new items along with 6 items in the Stampin Up annual catalog that are free during Stampin Up’s Sale-A-Bration (from now through March 22, 2013). During Sale-A-Bration, for every $50 in product sales you will earn 1 item from the Sale-A-Bration catalog for FREE. Plus during Sale-A-BRation, for an order of $150 your will get 3 items free plus a pack of Silver Glimmer paper for a free bonus and of course the $25 in Hostess dollars to spend as you wish.
I started with a Daffodil Delight cardbase and layered it with whisper white and then began slicing and dicing 2 simply sent cards to come up with this layout. Once I came up with this card, I decided I had to place another order so I can get another set of these super fun card kits.

Happy Hello
Cammie was as excited as I was when w.e saw that Stampin Up introduced the Happy Hello Simply Sent Kits as a free item in the Sale-A-Bration catalog. We both love the Stampin Up kits and love the free kits even more and today Cammie is showcasing 2 cards that she made using this fun kit. Be sure to check out yesterday’s post to see how I used the kit.
Today’s card started out as a simply sent card from the Happy Hello Kit #130149. The Simply Sent Kits are designed to make card making a snap and include 8 diecut cards and super cute coordinating diecut envelopes and embellishments to make 8 cards. The sample cards are always cute but Cammie will never start out usiing the kit as designed she immediately thought outside the Simply Sent kit and add her own twist to make her cards. Today’s card sshows what Cammie did to change it up just by adding a piece of daddodil cardstock to the die cut image.
For Cammie’s second card, she flipped the diecut, and added Basic Gray cardstock and stepped it up using the white gel pen to create some faux stitching and embossed the sentiment in white.
The Happy Hello Simply Sent Kit is something that every card maker needs in their arsenal so that you can make a card in an instant. Hurry because Sale-A-Bration ends on March 22 and there is no limit to the number of free items you can get. This years Sale- A- Bration features 13 all new items plus 6 items from the Stampin Up annual catalog. For every $50 in product sales you will earn 1 item from the Sale-A-Bration catalog for FREE. Plus during Sale-A-BRation, for an order of $150 your will get 3 items free plus a pack of Silver Glimmer paper for a free bonus and of course the $25 in Hostess dollars to spend as you wish.

Simply Sent Happy Hellos
We were so excited when we saw that Stampin Up introduced the Happy Hello Simply Sent Kits as a free item in the Sale-A-Bration catalog. Cammie and I challenged each other to come up with ways to use the Simply Sent Kits. I started simple and used the Simply Sent Happy Hello kit #130149 as intended but switched up the location of the flower. For my second card, I simply just layered a folded white tea lace paper doily #129399 and got a completly different look.
Stay tuned for more ideas to use this kit in a non-traditional way.
