Spread the Love

2015_09_10IMG_9091 For today’s post, I decided to pull out the adorable Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #13997Photopolymer stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder punch #138295.I  love the stamp set which Stampin Up Make a Difference stamp set- for every Sprinkles of Life stamp set purchased, Stampin Up will donate $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).

I decided to make a topiary tree by stacking 2 of the trees on top of one another and used the icecream cone modified to make the base. I added the sweet sentiment in an  Bitty Banner #129267 and tied a bakers twine bow to complete this darling card.

Bright Birthday

2015_08_22Today’s post is a super simple birthday card that pops because of the stark Basic Black background.  I used the now retired Stampin Up Itty Bitty Banner stamp set that coordinates with the Bitty Banner Framelits #129267.  I stamped the sentiment in a rainbow of colors and then added a whisper white satin ribbon and bow to complete the gender neutral birthday card.

Feather in my cap

2014_09_22IMG_5027 This card can be credited to the beauty of the Stampin Up products and how everything works well together. The fabulous feather background DSP is from the Back to Black Stampin Up DSP #133700. The black and white strip is also from the Back to Black and then I added a piece of Lost Lagoon 3/8″ Stitched Satin ribbon #133672.  I added feathers cut using the Feathers Framelits #135852 and finished with a sentiment from the Itty Bitty Banners #126257 and the coordinating Bitty Banners framelits #129267.

Maritime Fun

Today’s card is another one of the fun and popular scallop tag cards but this time I used a Maritime theme for the card featuring the Stampin Up Maritime DSP #133696 and the Sea Street #133988 stamp set.

Once I had the card assembled  added the hole with the 1 3/4 inch circle punch #119850 to reveal the cute octopus.  I tied the card with a piece of the all new 3/8 real red satin ribbon #135840 from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. I finished the card with a birthday sentiment from the Itty Bitty Banners #126257 stampset and then cut it with the coordinating Bitty Banners #129267.

Pocketful of Love

I made this card forever ago and have never posted it.  The paper is way old from a few sale a brations ago but the layout is a fresh and fun design,  For the pocket I used the Stampin Up Six Sided Sampler stamp set #130956 and the coordinating Hexagon punch #130919.  The hearts are from the now retired hearts punch and the sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners #126257 and the coordinating Bitty Banners #129267 framelits.

Worlds Best Birthday

Today’s post is a version of my masculine birthday cards I made for some of the manly birthdays.  I used the direct to paper technique and added daffodil, gumball and marina mist inks randomly on the card front.  I then heat embossed in black ink the World Map #130345 background stamp.  I then used a circle framelit to cut a hole in the card front.  On a piece of very vanilla cardstock, I stamped the Gorgeous Grunge#130517 in daffodil and then used black stazon in to stamp the sailboat from the Open Sea #123032 stampset.  I colored the water and the boat and then placed the piece under the card front.  I finished the card by adding the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Banners #126257 stampset and the coordinating Bitty Banners framelits #129267.

Tip Toe thru the tulips with me

2013_05_16IMG_1509 Happy Birthday to my friend Mary.  Today’s card is a simple punch art card that I made for spring birthdays.  To create the tulips I used the Stampin UP small heart #117193 and punched 2 hearts and then cut them in half.  I took 3 halves to form the tulip.  For the stems and leaves I hand cut strips of green cardstock.  I added the birthday sentiment from the Itty Bitty Banner #126157.  I put the floral scene on the window frame collection framelits #129021.

Boho Blossoms on a Vine

Today’s post is simple in design and uses some older but still current Stampin Up product and some new product too.  The  background is textured with the new fancy fan textured folder #127751. I used the Little Leaves sizzlit #114511 and the boho blossoms punch #119858 to create the vine of flowers.  The sentiment is stamped with the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set #126257 and then cut using the coordinating Bitty Banner Framelits #129267.  The card was finished by adding the small pearl accents.

In Colors on Parade

It has been  month since Stampin Up introduced the new 2012-2014 In Colors and I am just now getting around to posting a card using them.   I decided to post them all on one card.  As a matter of fact almost everything on this card is new Stampin Up product from the all new Stampin Up Annual Catalog.  The incolors from left to right are Raspberry Ripple, Primrose Petals, Summer Starfruit, Gumball Green, and Midnight Muse.  The center of the Gumball Green flower is a Summer Starfruit Dahlia from the Stampin Up In Color Dahlias #127556 that serves as the anchor for the super cute pennant cut from the all new Bitty Banner Framelits (Love them) #129267 and stamped with the Itty Bitty Banners #126257 coordinating stamp set!  The whisper white cardstock is textured with the “New Larger Size” Chevron Texture Folder #127749.  The flowers are cut from an oldie but goodie (and still available) sizzlit called Floral Fusion #115969.  Cammie’s favorite In Color is gumball greem (for her love of nature) and suprisingly my favorite is the Summer Starfruit even though I don’t like the  name.  Leave a comment with your favorite in color.
