I decided to continue the monthly Christmas card postings on the 25th of each month in 2016. Today’s Christmas post is a simple punch art Santa hat (Oval, Word window, scallop oval and 1/2 circle punches) and the Merry Everything #135071 stampset. I accented the card with random basic rhinestones.
In perfect time show my gratude, I used the little stamps in the Sept My Paper Pumpkin kit, Wickedly Sweet Treat, from Stampin Up to create the main cardstock strip. I added a piece of retired pumpkin pie chevron ribbon. For the sentiment, I used the Stampin Up markers to ink up the image from the Merry Everything #135071stampset. I popped it onto a punched piece fro the Stampin Up Note Tag punch #135860.
Got a little crafty with the Stampin Up Bigz Fry Box die #132966 and the Happy Haunting DSP #139584. The Fry box is the perfect size box to hold mini candy for my special trick or treaters. I cut the box and then added 1/4 of the cute Spider web doilies #139584 and the tag stamped using the Merry Everything #135071 stamp set and punched using the coordinating Note Tag Punch #135860. If you look closely, I added a witches hat clip to the corner of each treat. The hat was made using the black glimmer paper and punches. The brim base was punched using the 2 1/2 inch circle punch #120906 the top of the hat was made using 2 Trees cut using the Tree punch #135859. I added a mini paper clip to the backsides of each tree and then slipped it inside circular brim with a 1 ” hole #119868. The hat was finishe by adding a bow punched and assembled using the Bow Builder #137414 punch.
Merry Christmas one and all! Today’s post features 2 cards using the same DSP and stamp set from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. Both cards use the Trim the Tree #135824 Designer Series Paper Pack and the Merry Everything #135071 stamp set. The Merry Everything stamp set works in tandem with the Note Tag Punch #135860 and when purchased together (wood #137635, Clear #137636) you can save 15%.

For today’s post, I made custom Halloween gift wrap using white butcher block paper. I randomly stamped images from the super cute Stampin Up Tee Hee Hee stamp set #135125 from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. I repurpose some black and white non Stampin Up twine and affixed a tag made using the Merry Everything #137636 stamp set and coordinating Note Tag Punch #135860. The Merry Everything and Note Tag punch are a bundle and save item (wood #137635 and clear #135636). When Purchased together you save 15%.
Making custom gift wrap is a sure way to bring a smile to your recipients face and is super simple to do because it is just random stamping and a great way to use your stamps in a non traditional way.
