Today’s post is another one of Cammies cards using the Michelle Zindorf brayer techniques. If you look closely the beautiful beach scene has seagrass stamped using the Stampin Up Serene Silhouettes #127324 stampset. The crab is stamped using the By the Sea Shore #126532 stampset, then hand cut and popped on the shoreline to give it life.
When you have time to play with your brayer you can create beautiful backgrounds and have fun in the process. If you have any brayered cards send them to me as a JPG file and I will share the love.
Today’s card is from our special blogging friend Yvonne Crook. Both she and Cammie are fond of the Zindorf brayer method that they learned from Michelle Zindorf. Yvonne can’t get enough of the brayer method an she created this great Halloween card that features the Lovely as a Tree #127793 stampset from the Stampin Up catalog. The lovely as a tree stampset has been in the Stampin Up catalog for as long as I remember and is one of those timeless stampsets that every stamper needs to own. The bats are punched from the now retired bat punch but really add to the mood of this card.
Happy Birthday to our brother Robby. This card is another of Cammie’s brayered creations from the Zindorf class and is a perfect choice to give to our brother for his 53rd birthday.
Today’s cards are the cards that Cammie completed at the Basic Brayer class in Lawrence KS a few weeks ago. The class was taught by the Brayer Goddess and fellow Stampin Up demonstator), Michelle Zindorf
. If you have never seen Michelle’s work and detailed instructions you are missing out. Michelle has mastered the fine art of using ink and a brayer and Cammie completed these 3 cards and also 3 in Michelles advanced class and is working on developing her on brayer style and hopes to have a brayer workshop soon.
