2014 was a good year with a lot of changes but looking forward to sharing the love of card making and creativity in 2015. Happy New Year’s eve one and all.
Today’s post features the Mingle All the Way #135773 stamp set paired with the Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper Pack #135824 from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog.
For some reason today’s card reminds me of a comfy Christmas sweater or sweatshirt from long ago. For both the background paper and the center rectangle, I used the Trim a Tree DSP paper stack #135824 from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. Behind the center panel, I added a banner hand cut from the gorgeous Cherry Cobbler 1″ Sheer Linen Ribbon #135839. The main focal piece combined an old snowflake stamp and the new Mingle all the Way #135773.
Happy Thanksgiving eve. Today’s post is a triple card Post using the using the Mingle All the Way Stamp #135773 set from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. For the first card, Cammie used the Filigree Frames textured Impressions Folder #135818 on the Eggplant background. For the Panel, Cammie used the Work of Art #134114 stampset from the Stampin Up annual catalog. She added a pile of leaves cut from DSP and cardstock and a retired leaves die.
For the 2nd card, Cammie once again used the Mingle all the way sentiment but this time created a very artistic-like turkey from the wide oval punch that is textured with the Zig Zag #133738 folder. She hand cut many banners to create the tail.
For the 3rd card, I used the Color Me Autumn DSP #135820 from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog. I then stuffed the card with layers of cardstock, burlap ribbon and fall accents cut from a retired Stampin Up bigshot die.
I hope your Thanksgiving is stuffed to the brim with food, family and fun.
For today’s post I wanted to use a somewhat traditional color scheme and using my favorite products in the Stampin Up holiday catalog. I textured the card base using the Filigree Frame Textured Impressions Folder #135818. I then stamped the fun sentiment from the Mingle All the Way #135773 and went to town coloring the sentiment in. I added a hand cut banner from the Flower Pot #133698 DSP and a Mossy Meadow ribbon #133670 banner.
Today’s first post just makes me smile. The traditional Halloween colors and the cute ribbon ghost oh my! The black cardstock was textured with the Stampin Up Large Polka Dot #133739 textured impressions embossing folder. The pool party banner was cut using the Stampin Up Party Pennants die #133732. Cammie added a tassel made from the White and Tangerine Tango Two Tone Trim#135838. She added the Sentiment from the Mingle All the Way #135770 stamp set from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog. The absolutely adorable ghost was made using strips of white ribbon and then a bow added to the top using the 1/8 inch crushed curry taffeta ribbon #134585.
It’s Halloweek so I will be posting multiple posts per day because we have so many cards to share. For this post Cammie was inspired by the card sample on page 46 of the Stampin Up Holiday catalog featuring the Fall Fest #135194 stamp set. Cammie did not have the Fall Fest set so she used a retired set from last year to do the job. She randomly stamped the jack o lantern faces in black ink on the whisper white cardstock. She then created layers using the Starburst #132967, Circle #130911 and the Banners #132173 Framelits. She stamped and hand cut out the pumpkin and added a piece of Black and White chevron ribbon #130010. For the sentiment Cammie used a portion of the Halloween image in the Mingle All the Way #135773 and hand cut the banner to create a spooky fun card.
Today’s post is a super quick and easy Halloween card using old DSP and new Halloween stamp set. I initially bought the Mingle all the Way #135773 stamp set from the Stampin Up holiday catalog for the sentiments to use on the inside of my Halloween cards but opted to make the sentiment on the outside.
