Today’s post is all about Fall. What’s not too love about this card? Cammie pulled this together by using all things from the fall line up in the Stampin Up Holdiday Catalog. The yummy fall background is a piece of DSP from the Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper collection #126895. Cammie then used the new core’dinations cardstock in espresso #127848 and in gumball green #127847 to cut labels using the Apothecary Accents Framelits #127003 and distressed them using the Stampin Sanding system #129367. The leaves were cut from kraft cardstock using the Autumn Accents #127812 BigZ die. Once the leaves were cut, Cammie matched them to the coordinating Wonderfall stamp set #128087 in a variety of fall inks. She finished the card with natural buttons and linen thread. This card was a big hit in Cammie’s fall card buffet and I can see why!

This is the Thank-you card that I made for our group to sign as a Thanks to Tonya Odum from Gigi’s Scrapbooking retreat in Dix IL. I was inspired by all the mason jars that Tonya used to decorate with, serve salad in and even jar smores (in baby jars) so that is how my card evolved. The background paper is from the Orchard Harvest DSP collection #126895. I then cut a mason jar on the front of the card using the cannery framelit set#127822 and then stamped the inside of the card using the coordinating I used the Perfectly Preserved stampset #126692. The jar lid was cut from a 1″ piece of ribbon and tied with then tied with a piece of linen thread. I added some smores from a pack of Jolee stickers and sealed the jar with a piece of clear plastic. The best part of this card is the burned edges.
