To all the members of the Armed Services…. Thank you for serving and making our world a better and safer place. To honor our veterans, I used all retired Stampin Up products to create a patriotic card. The Maritime DSP is used for all the layers. The world map is from the Going Global stamp set and the sentiment is from the Really Good Greetings stamp set.
Today’s post is a 2fer card. Same design 2 looks. For this card, I used the now retired Fresh Prints paper stack for both panels on both cards. The gatefold card was created using the Stampin Up envelope punch board #133774. I added a black flower by stacking several layers from the flower Frenzy Die #133728. The sentiment is from the Really Good Greetings #130333 stamp set and is placed on top of a basic black piece for Chevron Ribbon #130010.
I truly love this color combination and can attest that black really works with everything.
All Stampin Up publications are full of fantastic ideas and samples just waiting to be copied or used as inspiration. Today’s card is a CASE (Copy and Steal Everything) card from pg 163 of the current Stampin Up annual catalog. Cammie just adjusted the colors of the Mosaic Madness #130249 stamped pieces from pool party to the new in color, Lost Lagoon. The whisper white background was embossed with the Modern Mosaic textured folder #129984. She then did some watercoloring with the Stampin Up aqua painters and Lost Lagoon ink. The stamped mosaic pieces were punched using the coordinating Mosaic Punch #131267. She then used the fabulous Beautiful Wings embosslit folder3118138 to make the butterflies. Cammie used Stazon ink to stamp the sentiment from the Really Good Greetings #130333 stampset directly onto whisper white satin ribbon.
Today’s post is a fun way to create a background using ink and a dauber to randomly stamp spots. Cammie combined two pieces of Soho Subway DSP #130140 from the Stampin Up annual catalog to add even more fun to the dauber background. To finish the card she added a whimsy expression from the Really Good Greetings #130333 stampset.
Give this technique a try and daub until your hearts content.
Today’s card is a super simple but super fun card featuring the Soho Subway DSP#130140 from the Stampin Up annual catalog. Cammie then cut a banner and Stamped the sentiment from the Really Good Greetings stampset #130333 and attached it with the arrow clip from the Hung Up Cute Clips #129389 to finish this all purpose card.
