Today’s post is a beautifully designed card by Cammie that features the Regarding Dahlias #130327 stamp set and then she “grunged” the card using the Gorgeous Grunge #130517 for the splatters and the blue diagonal stripes. She also used the Papillion Potpourri #123759 for the butterfly. Cammie colored the beautiful butterfly using the Stampin Up blendabilites Coastal Assortment #131000 and then punched it out using the coordinating Elegant Butterfly punch #127526. She hand cut a banner and added a birthday sentiment but any sentiment would work out for this card.

One of my favorite things in the Stampin Up catalog is their beautiful Designer Series Paper and I especially love the DSP paper stacks. The DSP paper stacks are 48 sheets of 12 doubled sided 4 1/2 ” X 6 1/2 ” paper. For todays card, I used a sheet of the Moonlight DSP #133701 that showcases 2 of the new Stampin Up in colors: Lost Lagoon and Hello Honey. I stamped the dahlia from the Regarding Dahlias #130327 in hello honey ink 2 times and then hand cut out the flower. I added some leaves from the wonderfall stampset (no longer available). I added a piece of lost lagoon #133672 3/8 inch stitched satin ribbon and the sentiment accented with a flower from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack #133787. I added a pearl that was colored with the daffodil blendabilites marker assortment #130998.
Today’s card is a simply beautiful card featuring the Regarding Dahlia #130327 stampset from the current Stampin Up annual catalog. She embossed the dahlia in black ink and colored it with the daffodil marker. She added some grunge using the gorgeous grunge #130517 stampset. She added a banner cut from the Banners Framelits #132173 and an embossed sentiment from the Regarding Dahlia stampset. She added a clip and a bow from the daffodil stitched ribbon and a piece of washi tape.
For Today’s post I stamped the flower from the Regarding Dahlias #130327 three times on DSP and then cut out and layered the flower. I also stamped leaves from the now retired gently falling stampset and cut them out. I used an old olive DSP strip and added fringed old olive cardstock using the fringed scissors #133325 and added a sentiment from the Regarding Dahlias set to create an all occasion card.
First of all we need to give a birthday shout out to my high school classmate and dear family friend, Belinda. Today’s card is a simple layout featuring the Regarding Dahlias #130327 stampset and is packed with a whole lotta punch! Cammie embossed each flower in silver embossing powder and then hand cut each flower before placing them on the white panel. The sentiment is from the One in a Million #126382 stampset and the card is double matted with a shiny silver glimmer #124005 mat and a melon mambo mat to create a beautiful wedding card.
It has been a super cold winter in Ohio and today’s card reminds me of spring with the bright colors and blooming flowers. Cammie used the Regarding Dahlias #130327 stampset for her simple card design. The design is indeed simple but the dahlias make a bold statement that can be used for any occasion.
