Today I wanted to showcase the cute papers in the Stampin Up Holiday catalog for a quick treat for a single serve tea packet. The ribbon serves as a pulley to lift the treat. The Halloween one used the Spooky Night DSP #144610 and the Christmas one used the iconic Christmas Around the World paper.

What’s nicer than having a hot drink on a chilly day in fall or winter? Whether for Halloween, the holidays season, or for cheering up a friend, the Merry Cafe #144965 stamp set and the coordinating Coffee Cups # 143745 Framelits have it all. I paired the Merry Cafe stamp set with the Spooky night DSP #144610.
And because it is halloween week I also made some special coffee cup treats complete with a Starbucks gift card to match the card.
For today’s post I am posting a card and a treat because I love a card that has a theme and a play on words and when you can add a treat that makes it a double bonus! This is my favorite card I made for Halloween this year and it features the Spooky Night DSP # 144610 and I used the image from the Beautiful You #143637 and colored her in with my Lemon Lime Twist Stampin Write Marker and dressed her with coordinating patterned paper from the Spooky Night collection and added a hat hand cut from the Spooky Night paper. I modified the sentiment from the Beautiful You set by adding a banner with a Boo from the now retired Mr. Funny Bones stamp set.
Now to carry out the the Boo-tiful Theme, I created a treat using some witch candy I found at Dollar Tree. I just did a simple reverse Matchbook design and cut an oval frame to showcase the witch. I made these to give to all the Boo-tiful ladies in my life.
Today’s card is a stamp free card that features nothing but the Spooky Night DSP #144610 from Stampin Up. The best part is that the moon and branch piece is perfectly sized to fit a the cat silhouette that can be hand cut or punched using the coordinating Cat Punch #144666. I added a piece of black and orange Bakers Twine to the cats collar.
Hope I am not creeping everyone out with all the Halloween card postings but this year we got a little over zealous with Halloween cards. I think that is because the Spooky Night DSP #144610 from Stampin Up is so fantastic. I paired the poison paper with the now retired Sweet Hauntings stamp set to create 3 apothecary jars.
I love the Spooky Night DSP #144610 from Stampin Up because all the designs work well together and the colors are quintessential Halloween! I paired the papers with the Christmas Quilt #144793 stamp set with the coordinating Quilt Builder Framelits Dies to make a “quilt square” for my card front.
