Warm Wishes
As far as winters go, this one has been more mild than normal and not sick of the white stuff yet but I would prefer a mild snow free winter. Cammie made this card for one of her Christmas cards but I think it is perfect for a winter blues pick me up card.
As with most of Cammie’s cards she brayered the background and added the tree scape using the now retired Stampin Up Wonderland stamp set. For the melting snowman Cammie used the Sprinkles of Life Stamp set #139971 and the coordinating Tree Builder punch #138295 from Stampin Up. The accents for the snowman came from the retired Snow Days stamp set.

Cute Cupcake birthday
Happy 15th birthday to our sweet niece Meredith! To celebrate I made a sweet card featuring the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stamp set and the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. The cupcake icing features the Cherry on Top DSP #138443 from Stampin Up. For the background, I added various sizes of punched circles and then ran that through the Big Shot using the Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #133520 . I mounted the cupcake on a Scalloped Circle #118874 piece and the sentiment was stamped onto a Washi Label #138296 punched piece.

They say it is your birthday
Lots of fun products from the Stampin Up annual catalog were used to create this super cute card. I started with a whisper white background and then stamped confetti using the Sprinkles of Life #139447 stampset. I added to strips of DSP from the Cherry On Top #138443 and used the Stampin Up Fringe Scissors #133325 and a piece oof Cherry on Top Cotton paper to a fringed strip. I used the Stake Your Claim #139447 stampset and the coordinating Handpicked framelits #137361 to add a sign. I added a couple more party accents using Washi Tape and by rolling the fringed cotton paper using basic toothpicks

For the background DSP, I used a piece of the Cherry on Top Designers Series paper stack #138443. I stamped clouds and raindrops on the main panel and punched the cloud using the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. The sentiment is stamped on a scrap piece of pool party cardstock and hand cut into a banner.

Bokeh Sprinkles of Life
The Bokeh Technique is all the rage right now and Cammie did a nice job with it on both of the cards on today’s post. “Bokeh” is a photography term for the way a camera lens renders out of focus points of light and is one of the hottest visual trends in design right now. And paper crafters have taken a hold of this and termed the process for creating this illusion with ink and paper the “bokeh technique.” The bokeh technique generally is a circle of chaos of various blurred circles.
Cammie created her Bokeh backgrounds and then used the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stamp set to show case the Bokeh effect. The first card is a layer intensive card using the paper tea lace Doilies #129399 and then Window Framelits (no longer available) and then a circle textured with the Decorative Dots #133520. The cupcake was stamped using the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and then each piece was cut using the coordinating Tree Builder Punch #138295. Cammie added the sentiment on a hand cut banner.
For the second card Cammie used the same color scheme for her Bokeh technique and the same Sprinkles of life stamp and coordinationg Tree Builder Punch to make a muli layered icecream cone.

Every Cloud has a silver Lining
Today’s post features the Stampin Up Sprinkles of Life #139971 photopolymer stampset. The Sprinkles of Life stamp set is this year’s Ronald McDonald charity stamp set. For every stampset sold Stampin Up will donate $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). RHMC keeps families together and surrounded by love when their children are receiving medical treatment far from home.
For the card, Cammie was inspired by the card on page 189 of the Stampin Up. She brayered the sky and then embossed the raindrops in silver. She also embossed the clouds and then punched them out using the coordinating Tree Builder#138295 punch. She added the embossed sentiment on a piece of cardstock and then used the Stampin Up Banner Triple #138292 punch to notch the banner end.
