For all our workshops we have a theme and then provide cute decorations, workshop packaging and other theme related goodies. For my garden recent themed party I made this gorgeous flower using the new Cotton Paper Assortment #138308 and the Bouquet Bigz die #137367 from Stampin Up. Each petal of the flower was stamped using the Build a Bouquet (no longer available) stampset. The Cotton paper is light weight and sturdy and is perfect for cutting accents with the Big shot. I added a pipe cleaner for a stem and attached it to the bottom of a Cheez-it to go container that resembled a flower pot. My Cheez-it loving customer loved her personal surprise at the garden party.
I also gave each guest a cute little flower in a paper pot and I added a garden stake cut using the adorable Handpicked Framelits #137361 that I embellished with images from the now retired Tag It stamp set including the super mini garden spade!
Finally, Cammie’s packaging for her workshop cards was above par for cute theme based packaging using the Bouquet Big Z die.
Today is one of my Valentine designs this year. For the main panel, I used the Tag It #130303 stamp set from the Stampin Up annual catalog. I was inspired to make this card when I saw a sample in the Stampin Success magazine, a free magazine Stampin Up sends every other month to demonstrators that is filled with ideas and how to techniques. I know this looks simple to create a row of shovels but the Tag it image just had 1 shovel. So to get all seven colorful handles I had to clean the stamp each time between shovels and align the shovels with the Stamp- a -ma jig #101049 so it was a rather time consuming process. Once I had the panels done, I tucked them away because I had no idea how I was going to finish the card. Then Stampin Up introduced the Fringe Scissors #133325 in the new Occasions catalog. Seriously, the last thing I needed were more scissors but I got them anyhow. I pulled out my stamped panels and finished the cards by making grass and adding a heart cut using the Hearts a Flutter framelits #130159 and the I dig you sentiment stamped on a Word Window #119857 punched piece with 2 rhinestones anchoring the piece.
The Tag It stamp set is a stamp set that can make a difference. For each stamp set purchased, Stampin Up donates $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, RMHC. RMHC helps families who have children with serious illnesses. Each year the Stampin Up catalog features a stamp set that supports RMHC and to date, Stampin Up has contributed over $1,000,000 through this charitable effort.
Earlier I posted a greeting from me in Ohio and now I am posting a HO HO HO card from Cammie in Tulsa OK.
Today’s card spells out a HO HO HO and is simple and fun featuring the Tag It #130303 stampset from the Stampin Up annual catalog. The Tag It set coordinates with the Chalk Talk framelits #129983. To add some interest and texture Cammie added a ribbon banner from the 3/4 in Black Chevron Ribbon #130010.
Happy HOHOHolidays one and all!

This time of year I especially like to make things easy for myself and create cards using the same layout but switching the elements. Today’s post is another example of me doing just that. Both cards feature a tag cut using the Chalk Talk framelits #129983 from the Stampin Up annual catalog. The top card is done using the Winter Frost DSP paper pack #132183 and the Festive Flurry Stamp set 3131781 and coordinating framelits #132193 The center of the snowflake is a rhinestone adorned embellishment from the Frosted Finishes #132150 embellishments. Can I say beautiful? I finished the card with a piece of the Silver 1/8 ” ribbon. All these items are from the Stampin UpHoliday catalog that are only available through Jan 2, 2014. If you love the snowflakes and have to have them, remember to bundle them and save 15% (wood #133284 and clear #133285)
The bottom card features the Season of Style DSP paper pack #132181 from the Stampin Up Holiday catalog and the Tag It #130303 stamp set that coordinates with the Chalk Talk Framelits. The Tag It stamp set is annual Ronald McDonald charity stampset. For every set sold, Stampin Up donates $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, RMHC. The RMHC help families who have children with serious illnesses and to date Stampin Up has donated over $1,000,000 to RMHC. Together we can make a difference and what a better time than now to give.
I used the Gingham Garden DSP #129310 from the Stampin Up annual catalog to create this countryside garden card. I used the Chalk Talk framelit #129983 to make the tag that I stamped the shovel image from the Tag It #130303 stampset. The Tag It stamp set is the charitable stampset that supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities. For every Tag It set sold Stampin Up donates $3 to RMHC- to date Stampin Up has donated over $1,000,000 to RMHC.
To complete the card I added paper ruffle using the edge of the Tea Lace Paper Doilies #129399 and made a sunflower from the 1 3/4 ” scallop circle punch #119854.
A dear friend of mine recently had surgery so I was in need of a get well card. I never have get well or sympathy cards on hand so it is usually a scramble to pull one together quickly. For the card front the background paper was from the Stampin Up Soho subway DSP #130140. I then cut a rectangle and rounded the corners to create the bandaid base. I used the Tag it #130303 stamp set to finish the bandaid. I added a basic rhinestone to the stethoscope to add some fun to the finished card.
The Tag It stamp set is Stampin Ups this year charitable stampset. For each stampset purchased Stampin Up donates $3 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. So one stamp set can make all the difference in a life of a child.
