Happy National Taco Day! Nothing is better than a fresh taco from a taco food truck! This fun card was created using the now retired Tasty Trucks stamp set complete with a realistic taco.

Happy National Ice Cream Day! I know that I will be celebrating this day with some sweet frozen confection especially since we have spent the last week in the heat and humidity without Air Conditioning! For this card I used the now retired Stampin Up Tasty Treats DSP as the background and then used the Tasty Trucks stamp set (also retired) to create the ice cream truck complete with handwritten sentiment!
My favorite ice cream is any flavor from Jeni’s Ice cream or mint chocolate chip. Enjoy the day and leave a comment of what your favorite flavor is.
In anticipation of Cinco De Mayo tomorrow, I am posting a festive and fun card using the Tasty Trucks stamp set that was only available during Stampin Up’s annual Sale-A-Bration campaign. I created my own background paper by randomly stamping the taco image and then I colored each taco using the Stampin Up watercolor pencils #141709. For added fun and texture, I made a taco to showcase the sentiment. I used the Stitched Shapes Framelits #145372 to make the taco shell and filled it with hand cut strips of paper for the lettuce and cheese.
This is a favorite card that I have done in awhile. The mini banners were stamped using the Tasty Trucks stamp set that is no longer available. The sentiments were stamped in brights using the Sweet Cupcakes #141498.
To kick off my first workshop of 2017, I hosted my April workshop and put the projects in a cute basket I got from the Dollar Tree. If you look closely, you can see the cute Easter treats that I made. I made the cute mini egg cartons.
I started off with a bare mini egg carton #142776 from Stampin Up and misted it with water and Stampin Up re-inker to color the bare carton. I filled the carton with mini chocolate treats and of course jelly beans. I then added a piece of paper from the Stampin Up Succulent Garden DSP collection #142778 and then tied it up with a piece of satin old olive ribbon. I finished it off by making a tag using the super sweet Basket Bundle #143186 and attached it with the a piece of linen thread.
Because no Easter basket is complete without a peep, I made a free standing food truck box from the Stampin Up Food Truck stamp set that is no longer available. I accented it with eggs and the sentiment from the Basket Bundle stamp set in the Stampin Up occasions catalog.
