Today’s card is another card that I made using some retired Stampin Up DSP. I used pieces of 4 different papers from the Tea Time DSP collection and used my 1 3/4 inch punch #119350 to punch circles and then used the oval framelits #129381 and randomly scattered them on the whisper white card front. I added a hand cut banner stamped with the now retired Very Vintage stamp set and a flower from the flower trim that I inked using Midnight Muse. Although the products on this card are no longer available from Stampin Up, the card layout is fresh and can be used with any paper collection

Vintage Thanks
Gone but not forgotten
I have been on a kick lately to use the beautiful Stampin Up DSP instead of coveting it. So I made this card using 3 designs of the now retired Tea for Two DSP and the Vintage Verses stamp set that is also retired. The flowers are from the Secret Garden stamp set available in the all new 2013-2014 Stampin Up annual catalog. The wonderful thing about using the DSP from a collection in Stampin Up is that it was designed to work together with the inks, ribbons and embellishments. In doing so it takes the guess work out of the equation.

Oh hello again
Today’s card is a very simple layout using the Oh, Hello #130733 stamp set that was carried over from the Stampin Up spring catalog to the current Stampin Up 2013-2014 annual catalog. I was so happy it was carried over because I bought it and did not have a lot of time to work with it much. I decided to pair this stamp set with the now retired Tea Time DSP. The background is embossed with the fabulous (also glad it was carried over) honey comb textured folder # 129378. Great news Stampin Up also introduced in the new catalog a hexagon punch #130919 and coordinating stampset called Six-Sided #130956 that will work well with the honeycomb folder. Yeah! I cannot wait for these items to arrive.
