Today’s post is truly a timeless treasure. For both cards, Cammie used the same layout and same supplies she just switch the accent colors. The background DSP is the Stampin Up retired Typeset DSP. She brayered whisper white card stock and then added the rose outline cut from the Rose Garden Thinlits # 140619 and then trimmed the excess cardstock. The sentiment is from the Stampin Up Picture Perfect #140520 stamp set.

Happy Mothers Day. For today’s post I am featuring the beautiful paper pieced rose that was cut using the Stampin Up Rose Garden Thinlits #140619. I cut the rose 3 times a from 3 shades of pink and then cut it again in black to use the outline to begin filling in the rose. The rose was layered on The Stampin Up retiring DSP, Typeset #133704 and the sentiment was from the retiring stamp set Crazy About You #137137 and placed inside a label cut from the Rose Garden Thinlits.
Stampin Up has lots of stamps and other stuff on the new new retirement list. As sad as that is that some of our favorite things will soon be gone but on the upside, Stampin Up needs to make room for new products coming soon in the all new annual catalog. Be sure to check out the whole list of items that will be gone forever and even better some of the retiring items are discounted up to 50 percent off.
I love it when I can combine multiple products and make a super fun birthday card. The background is from my new favorite TIEF from Stampin Up- the Brick Wall #138288. I added another favorite- Typeset DSP#133704, to serve as the mat for the main panel. For the flower I stamped it using the You’ve Got This #139575 stampset , then colored it using Copic markers and handcut it out. The sentiment is from the Stampin Up hostess set called Happy Birthday, Everyone #139171 and the butterfly is from the Best Thoughts #139234 stampset.
Happy Father’s Day! Today’s post is a fun play on words using the Stampin Up Guy Greetings #138828 stampset. For the background I used the Typeset DSP#133704 to give the classic cars an even more vintage look. The sentiment is also from the Guy Greetings and his hand cut into a banner. I added the star strip cut from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit #137547 and anchored the strips with a punched gear (retired punch) and a star.
I was so happy that Stampin Up carried the Guy Greetings # 137178 stamp set over from the occasions catalog to the 2015-2016 annual catalog. I ordered early and then never used it so yay I can show off some manly cards just in time for Fathers Day!
Today’s card is a card that I made for a friends birthday. Wadded hen I saw this man in the Guy Greetings set, it reminded me of him. I am so proud of him because he has lost so much weight and is super fit just like this dude.
For the card I started with the a piece of Typeset DSP #133704 and then added the strip of burlap ribbon #132140 and a strip of starts cut using the accent from the Mini Treat bag Thinlit #137547. I added a textured circle an to rest my stamp and hand cut man and the banner.
