Today’s 2nd post is one of the adorable presents that I made for the Christmas Countdown Muffin Tin Advent calendar. This tree was made using the October 2014 Sweet as Pie My Paper Pumpkin kit. I stamped the flat box with random pine cones using the Christmas wishes #135107 stamp set from the Stampin Up holiday catalog. I added random stars with using a star punch and the Star Framelits #133723 and then folded up the tree. I added a battery operated tea light that I wrapped with Watercolor Wonder Washi Tape #133000 to the bottom of the tree. I accented the tree with a real red button and a Good Greetings sentiment. When turned on the light shines thought the stars and makes for a cute mantel piece.

Today’s post is an out of the ordinary for me. I am really not a gold fan but this card came out great and is all product from the Stampin Up occasions catalog. The card base is the gold foil sheets #132622 embossed with the Ampersand #132970 and then the Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape #133000. I added a hand cut a banner and added the sentiment from the Happy Watercolor #133191 stampset and a gold bakers twine #132975 bow.
This card turned out great and would be great for golden anniversary.
The combination of Red and Gold really makes a bold Valentine. Today’s post is another one of Cammie’s non traditional Valentines. Cammie was inspired by the fabulous gold foil #132622 DSP and the gold Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape #133000 in the Stampin Up occasions catalog. Cammie paired all that gold with Cherry Cobbler ink, washi tape cardstock and DSP. The background was stamped in cherry cobbler ink using the Gorgeous Grunge #130517 before adding the strips of Washi tape. She used the Fashionable Hearts Embosslits #125596 and scraps of gold and cherry DSP and scattered the hearts in a random fashion. The sentiment is from the Delightful Dozen #122652stampset and is layered on a hand cut gold banner to create this very sophisticated Valentine.
