Today’s post is the last of my Halloween designs for 2015 and I think it is my favorite. I used ancient Stampin Up DSP in classic Halloween colors. The witches skirt was made from an altered decorative label punched piece, the legs were from the Word Window and drum roll please…….. the shoes were made by altering 1/2 of the now retired Mustache die and the heel was from the retired key tag punch. Isn’t always about the shoes? The sentiment is from the retired Stampin Up Wicked Cool stamp set and then punched using Washi Label punch #138296.

I love the Musical Wicked and I saw this witch on another demonstrators site so I modified the punch art to fit on a standard card and made it my own. I used this as one of my Halloween card designs and was happy with the turnout and glad that I could use mostly retired Stampin Up products.
Hope your Halloween is Wicked.
I love Wizard of Oz, Wicked and love the Stampin Up Wicked Cool stampset (no longer available) even more. So imagine my excitement when my sister/ upline taught me how to land the house on the Wicked Witch of the East. Just used a dauber to create the siding and the grass. Added a window pane complete with a spooky spider web.
Here’s hoping you have a Wicked Cool Halloween too.
Recently Cammie and I participated in a StampinUp Demonstrator Halloween swap where we made 19 +1 cards and sent them to the swap coordinator who keeps the +1 card and collates all the other cards and mails back 19 to each participant. We got to pick the Halloween stamp set we wanted to use but each stamp set was limited to 2 participants. I picked my favorite, Wicked Cool #120600 and Cammie picked Dark and Dreary #121151. It was fun and for the most part we were pleased with the cards. So in anticipation of Halloween, I will be posting the Halloween cards from our swaps over the next several days. Feel free to comment on your favorites.
This was my swap card that featured the wicked cool stamp set#120600, the web embossing folder #120889, and the tasteful trim die #120893. I accented with glitter and platinum shimmer paint #116807.
The other 2 demonstrators using the Wicked Cool and Dark and Dreary stamp set are shown here
